Nice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing

This is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Paolo the receptionist is the best. Very easy to communicate, and he knows well the sassi area. Cleanliness and big room thats what we need

Matera is an amazing place to visit and staying at the Monaco Bianco made it even more special! Alessandro was incredibly helpful and welcoming - the perfect manager for this property. I shall happily recommend this to anyone else I know travelling to Matera.

酒店距離馬泰拉古城很近，步行就可以到，周邊就可以停車。早餐會給餐券去古城裡吃。酒店算民宿，所以需要提前一天自助入住獲取密碼，由於平台把我的郵箱給錯了，導致民宿小姐姐給我一直髮消息都沒有收到。最後我們到了民宿門口才知道要自助辦理，小姐姐大概15min左右後趕到，還一直解釋和道歉，服務態度挺好的。房間也比較衞生乾淨，推薦

とてもかわいいB&Bです。とても簡単にアクセスでき、中心部にありました。市内中心部に近い。間違いなく再び滞在します。

工業地帯の中心部から非常に美しい場所 ネット環境と従業員 とても美しい部屋ですが、テレビは少し小さいです。少なくとも私たちの部屋では、鏡で向きを変え、快適な近くで受信されていませんが、照明は素晴らしいです。部屋にはスーパーがありますが、サブには1つがありません。 唯一の否定的なコメントは本当に限られた朝食

Chose this hotel because it is close to the bus stop where we took a bus out of Matera. Hence we had to walk about 20 minutes to reach Matera square. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We had all meals there and managed to cover all viewpoints planned.

Amazing place to stay, but it's not sound proof. I didnt have a good night sleep because of the noise from outside. The neighbour residence were drilling on the other side of the wall nonstop and you could hear people talking, walking outside. You could hear everything! The place was clean and quite special but not sure if worth the price.
