オーナーは信じられないほど親切で温かく迎えてくれ、まるで自宅にいるかのようにくつろげました。ホテルに泊まっているという感覚は全くありませんでした。何か必要なことがあればいつでも連絡するようにと言ってくれました。チェックイン前には、部屋に行く前に楽しめるように、伝統的なモロッコのミントティーを淹れてくれました。3日間の旅行で疲れていたので、近くのスパとマッサージ店をオーナーに尋ねました。モロッコのボディスクラブを試してみたところ、とてもリラックスできました！翌日には空港までタクシーを呼んでくれる手伝いまでしてくれました。朝食は美味しく、自家製ヨーグルトは最高でした👍。部屋は広々としていて、ベッドは信じられないほど快適で、何よりもテラスからの眺めはまさに絶景でした。フェズの街並みが360度見渡せるパノラマビューです！近くにいた猫たちはみんなとても可愛くて、抱きしめたくなるほどで​​した！フェズに行く機会があれば、ぜひこの宿を訪れてみてください！間違いなく値段以上の価値があります。

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Совершенно удивительный отреставрированный рияд в недрах медины Феса. Как будто в гостях у султана. Большой теплый номер с уникальным интерьером. Хозяин порекомендовал парковку. От неё идти минут 15, нужна помощь проводника (его хозяин прислал прямо на парковку, подразумеваются чаевые). Уникальная терраса на крыше, на которой накрывают завтрак. Завтрак немного ниже ожиданий (жаль, что не было местных овощей и фруктов). Полотенца не были полностью просушенными (пахли).

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

ホテルが提供する空港送迎サービスは、私たちのように遅れて到着した際に非常に便利です。 料金は25ユーロ（250ディルハム）で、遅延サービス料5ユーロが加算されます。 清潔な部屋と快適な寝具 バスルームは非常に狭く、シャワーにはトレイがなく、水は床に直接流れ落ち、排水に時間がかかります。急いでいて、次々とシャワーを浴びたい場合には不便です。 シャワーヘッドホルダーが壊れていて、手で持たなければなりませんでした。 衛生用品は持ち帰る必要があり、シャンプーは提供されていませんでした（2～3日間の機内持ち込み手荷物での旅行には不便です）。 朝食サービスは基本的なもので、市販の製品（ブラックオリーブとキリチーズ）がいくつか提供されていたのは残念でした。 ホテルで調理されたクレープとブリオッシュはとても美味しかったです。 旧メディナにあるレストランのすぐ隣という絶好のロケーションです。 食事に関しては、ホテル内にレストランがたくさんありますが、観光地にあるため比較的高価です。 新市街での食事はぜひお試しください。タクシーは片道2ユーロ（往復4ユーロ）です。 注：ホテルはクレジットカード対応を謳っていますが、手数料が高すぎて170ディルハム（17ユーロ）をカードで支払うことができませんでした。高額のカードも受け付けています（滞在最終日に支払いをする場合や、予算が限られている場合は、この点にご注意ください）。 無料Wi-Fiと素敵なテラスがありますが、朝食がそこで食べられないのは残念です。 全体的に快適な滞在で、価格に見合った価値がありました。

リヤド自体には不満はありません。良い場所です。しかし、立地が…。フェズのメディナの、観光客があまり訪れないエリア、狭く薄暗い通りや、地元の人々が積極的にサービスを宣伝している雰囲気に浸りたいなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。ただし、その代償として、食事場所やタクシーやツアーバスが発着する場所（例えばシェフシャウエン行き）まで1キロほど歩かなければなりません。

Отель хороший, местоположение тоже, есть веранда на крыше на которой можно вечером посидеть. Номера чистые и комфортные. Единственное, мы бронировали номер с 2 односпальными кроватями, а дали номер с 1 нормальной кроватью и 1 очень маленькой.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
