このホテルを強くお勧めします！入った瞬間から、行き届いたサービスを感じました。フロントデスクのチェックインは効率的で親切でした。部屋は明るく清潔で、隅々まで清潔で、アメニティも高品質、ベッドの硬さもちょうどよく、とても快適な滞在でした。周辺は交通機関やレストランへのアクセスも便利です。最初から最後まで完璧な体験でした。ぜひまた訪れてみたいです！

ロビーに一歩足を踏み入れると、シンプルかつスタイリッシュなデザインに惹かれます。温かみのある照明、座り心地の良いソファなど、細部にまで行き届いたサービス精神が表れています。ウェイターの笑顔は春の日差しのように暖かく、明るいです。アパートの部屋には驚きがいっぱい！床から天井までの大きな窓からは、遮るもののない太湖の景色を眺めることができます。柔らかいベッドに横たわっていると、世界全体が静かで美しくなったように感じます。そして、お部屋の設備も超充実していて、まるで自分の巣に帰ってきたみたい！ 朝食も最高です！中華や洋食の各種ごちそう、焼きたてのパン、温かい牛乳がございます。

This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

立地が良く、旅行に便利です。駐車場はホテルの近くにあり、駐車料金もホテルが負担します。しかし、部屋はとても蒸し暑く、エアコンもありませんでした。ウェイターはメインコントロールがオンになっていなかったと説明しました。同様の問題について苦情を言う顧客もいるので、なぜ開けないのでしょうか?カーテンを開けることしかできませんでした。私は7階にいたので、新鮮な空気を取り入れるために窓をほんの少しだけ開けることができました。向かいの建物の正面から家の中が見えたので、とても気まずかったです。ハウスキーパーのサービスはとてもよかったです。夜の12時に、彼はエアコンの温度を下げるために氷を持ってきてくれて、冷たい飲み物も持ってきてくれました。少し涼しくなるまで朝の4時までかかり、睡眠に影響が出ました。 3時間寝て起きた。翌日、私はさらに2時間運転しなければならず、とても疲れました。部屋には朝食は含まれていませんでしたが、ホテル側は謝罪として朝食とお土産をくれました。*の裏にはたくさんの文字が書かれていましたが、食べる勇気はありませんでした。ホテルのバトラーのサービス態度はとても良いです。次回はアトゥールに泊まることを選択するかもしれません。

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

12月末にこのホテルに2泊しましたが、最初は最下階の最も安い部屋を予約しましたが、2階のダンギ畳部屋にアップグレードされました。部屋は美しく、冬は昼間太陽が降り注ぐ中央の中庭に面した窓で非常に快適でした。私が予約した最初の部屋には、中庭に面した窓と屋外エリア、そしてプライバシーと静けさがあなたの優先事項であるかどうかに注意を払うべきレストランがありました。さらに、ピーク期間中は価格がはるかに優れており、新年以降に予約したときに予約した価格の約4倍です。 各部屋には、宜興文化を鑑賞するのに非常に適したティーセットが付属しており、シャワーとトイレの独立した湿ったエリアは非常に快適でした。ただし、階段を上っているときやレストランがいっぱいで人が祝ったり飲んだりしているときに聞こえるので、建物全体の防音は少し悪いです。 初日の朝食はお粥のおかずで、おかずはなかなかおいしくてお腹いっぱいで、2日目は麺一杯でした。どちらも美味しかったのですが、たけのこや黒米など、もっと郷土料理が味わえるのに、季節外れだったのかもしれません。 全体的に、私は私の滞在に非常に満足しています、場所は3つの主要な粘土博物館と旧市街への1日旅行に非常に便利です!

このホテルを選んだ主な理由は、場所がとても良く、源頭竹、西会公園、駅に近く、地下鉄とバスも便利です。もう一つの考慮事項は、ホテルの装飾スタイルがヨーロッパのようにエレガントでエレガントであることです。アメリカのホテルには大きな別荘を建てます。 なお、このホテルは中国で最初の四つ星ホテルの一つであり、かつては外国人客をもてなすために使われていたそうです（今でも外国人客を迎えることがある）。ホテルの客室内の椅子、ベッド、キャビネットなどはすべて無垢材で作られており、これもこのホテルの大きな特徴です。 入居してみると、ほとんどの看板が中国語、英語、日本語で書かれており、日本食レストランもあり、調べてみると日系経営のホテルでした。 設備は古いはずです。ロビーと客室の床には大きくて厚いカーペットが敷かれています。客室には大きなバスタブがあります。トイレは新しいはずです。ただし、湿気はありません。またはカビ。 オンライン全体のサービスレベルは高いですが、個々のサービス担当者に関しては、良いところも悪いところもあり、ばらつきがあります。 最後の2枚の写真はビュッフェ式朝食で、茹でたての麺類（おそらく青ざお麺など）がとても美味しいです。
