王瑞店長服務很周到，接送機或者其他用車需要都安排得很及時，偶爾突發狀況反饋後也會很快處理好。當地黑人服務員也很友好。元寶狗狗也很乖很好擼… 附近不遠還有她家的2店，有適合商務宴請的大包廂，我們的尼日利亞當地客户很喜歡她家的中餐。 地理位置離機場很近很方便

The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent. I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here. Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you. Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you. And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

ホテルは素晴らしく、ヴィア・ヴィタ通り沿いの便利な場所にありました。部屋は広々としていて、何よりもアフリカで中華料理が食べられるのが最高でした。3食とも美味しかったです。フロントのサービスも素晴らしく、特にティアンティアンさんはとても忍耐強く、親切でした！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is fantastic, clean and in a good safe location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe place to stay alone or with others. They offer a buffet meal three times a day and an airport pick up and drop included. Probably the best hotel experience I have had in 10 years of travelling to Nigeria. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, will definitely be returning. See you in March.

酒店位置在GRA，這片區域應該算ikeja最安全的區域，交通便利，中國人很多。房間很新很乾凈，空調給力，可以免費洗衣服，老闆還給免費升級了房型，人非常nice。酒店包一日三餐，飯挺好吃。老闆娘還做奶茶，非常好喝！

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

I booked them via trip and when I got there they couldn't find my booking. I got there at about 10pm. After waiting for like 30 mins I was given a room but they told me they would sort me out the following morning. The room I was given wasn't clean, I could tell that the room had just been used. There was food in the fridge and the toilet was used. But the staff on duty were really helpful in sorting everything out eventually.
