ホワイト パーム ホテル バリ(White Palm Hotel Bali)

Lovely hotel next to the beach! Great for those who likes to surf. Like the design and a**osphere there:) Food is nice too. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like that it’s far from cafes and restaurants and I don’t drive bike. One of the night I couldn’t book grab - nobody wanted to pick me up from that area. Next day I booked a bike from the hotel to go to other beaches and I thought it was to pricey for that:(

We had a wonderful stay at the White Palm. The hotel is beautiful: it feels very private and the a**osphere is very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner - hats off to the chef for creating a simple but high quality menu. We look forward to visiting again soon!

This is the story where I got scammed by the White Palm Hotel business. I was there for one night and got charged for triple the price, the business manager, Petra just explained that she made a mistake and promised that it would be refunded to me ASAP as she would personally sort it out when the bank opens the next day, as I double checked on that if the refund will be processed she said nshe had just told the owner about it and it will be taken care of, then gave me her contact. Then, for the next week, I was travelling throughout Bali she would come up with various reasons for the delay, including the same things as she had told me before, while never picked up my calls. At this point, it was clear she has not attempted to refund me the overcharges for zero apparent reasons. I had given her an ultimatum to need evidence that the business will be processing the refund in the next 24 hours before I lodge a dispute and reveal their unacceptable behaviours and attitudes. I was met with complete silence since then. I stayed at White Palm Hotel on 2nd Jan, it is now 26th Jan, there's NO further contact from the venue, business owner, nor Petra ( manager ). The last time she replied to me was Sidenote, there was a construction site on the 1st floor of the property where the instagram photos are from. The room did not have mosquito net.

I don’t understand this place. I booked and prepaid 6 month ago for a forthcoming trip. Since then I have emailed the place e times and tried to call on multiple number and NO ANSWER. I’m afraid that this hotel is A SCAM…. they insisted on prepayment and now I cannot reach anyone. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Please help by telling me this place is legit and give me a contact that works. We arrived at the accommodation to find no window coverings in the shower, toilet and bathroom, and all of them faced onto the pool area. We felt unsafe at the property and raised these concerns with the staff. No real help offered and we decided to leave. Have been asking for a part refund since our departure. No response to any of our communications. Would not recommend to anyone.

Comfy bed, short walk to beach and great staff. Unfortunately the water pipeline was down and we had to wash in buckets for a day and the pool pump broke so the pool was empty for a couple of days. This wasn’t the fault of the staff who tried their best to be accommodating and were very attentive with good English. We were able to swim at a nearby hotel where we had lunch.

The time we spent in White Palm allows us to immerse into nature...fall in love with this place when first enter. Loving the fact that there is no T.V, Nights off by 11.00pm.. listening to crickets chirping , birds singing, rooster to wake you up .. just love it. We also met the owner.. super nice couple and special thank to their Hotel Manger - Petra... she is the very helpful and professional! One thing to note, this is a Eco Lodge but not those extravagant resort in Bali. This boutique hotel focus on service and nature experience. Visitor must pace themselves to fit in and truly enjoy what this property is offering.

This hotel was beautiful. The villas are so charming and everything is themed with class in black and white. The kid friendly a**osphere provided an oasis for parents and a safe space for the little ones running around. My mom and I had a lovely time and got to spend time at the pool, have a massage, and enjoy the delicious breakfast and European style coffee. Plus we had time with their Himalayan cats (what a bonus)! Balangan beach is SO close and beautiful, excellent for watching surfers or surfing if that’s your thing. I only wish there was a privacy screen for the massage since it was next to the pool/other villas and didn’t feel private for the transitions. 5/5! Would definitely stay here again.
