Couldnt fault the food, and a decent menu. Haven’t been for years as the menu went quite fancy for my liking. Only complaint from me, was sitting in a booth. Especially if you’re smaller in height but bigger in size. In the booth you have to slide in as it’s far too narrow, this makes your clothes twist and then there’s no room to readjust your clothing. The waitress also can’t lean in to place your food on the table. And with hot plates !!!. There are tables but if you don’t state your preference or you forget. Lovely view on a nice spring evening.

We have stayed here a few times and can’t fault it. Great hotel and very friendly helpful staff. The receptionist Lesley was particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She is definately in the right job. Had dinner on our first night and the food was lovely, would highly recommend eating here. Lovely views of the sea from the restaurant. Great choice of breakfast and quality products. Comfortable beds.

We had a family night at the Banff Springs Hotel, and it was just fab. All Staff were super lovely and our requests to decorate our Sisters room and our dining table for her big birthday was done with no issue. Our meal (9) of us was just so nice no complaints whatsoever and they gave my Sister a complementary dessert lovely done up to celebrate her 60th. It was also very reasonabily priced for a hotel which was lovely as we then chose to drink there following our meal for that reason. A huge special Thank you to all at the Banff Springs . We will all recommend Banff Springs for sure. Duff Party.

We booked a sea view room and were initially disappointed as a flat roof affected the view but we quickly overcame that. The room was excellent - large, clean and quiet. We’d been warned there was a wedding on one night but we heard no noise. The breakfast was excellent (coffee not great) and we had dinner one night, also excellent.

Our party of four met for lunch in the Banff Springs Hotel. We got a friendly greeting on entry and were shown to the dining room which had nice views of the Moray Firth. There was a wide-ranging menu, prices were on par with what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Most importantly, we all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Recommended

Banff Springs is beautiful, we fell in love when we went to visit Sarah back in December 2021 for a tour and knew straight away this was the place for us! Sarah went above and beyond along with her whole team, nothing was to big an ask and they were there for us every single step of the way! She is amazing at what she does and is such a genuinely lovely person - we have a lot of love for her and appreciate her making our wedding day perfect! Oh and the food - OMG the food was to die for!!

This is an amazing place!I did the historical tour, the day time and night time walks. Beautiful grounds and interesting history with great guides. Also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool! I treated myself to the afternoon tea. What an excellent experience! A beautiful room in the Rumble Bar in front of the million dollar view, a harpist, a wonderfull waitress ( Rebecca i think) ,she recommended the best tea Market Fresh ( tasted like watermelon and a beautiful pink ), explained all the delicious « bouchées ».Everything tasted delicious! Merci!😊

The Banff Springs hosted our corporate dinner and dance. It was a pleasure working with them. The day went so smoothly and in the run up the function they made the planning so straight forward with their accommodating attitude. Nothing was a bother. The meal was fantastic with good portions. All in all a wonderful day. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here before. Nice staff. Food was very nice. My only disappointment was the heating in my room was off. I was absolutely freezing throughout the night.

I had my wedding here in September and we cannot thank the Banff Springs enough for making the day so perfect. The wedding coordinator Sarah is fantastic she made us feel so relaxed through all the planning and on the day itself. Nothing was a problem and she really does goes above and beyond for you, a true gem! The hotel and rooms are lovely with good facilities, the Deveron suite looks so stylish and modern the perfect setting for a wedding! The food was amazing with very generous portions and lots of our guests commented on how good it was, including breakfast the next morning. Overall I'd highly recommend Banff Springs for a wedding and I look forward to returning soon.

Thought it was about time I gave the Banff Springs a review, Been here on quite a few occasions and can honestly say the high standards I experienced years ago are still there . I attended the Hogmanay function and was very impressed as soon as I entered the hotel, the cleanliness , staff professionalism, the Xmas decor , and my room were all first class , no complaints from me , The Hogmanay function was excellent, great atmosphere and great food .An abundance of staff to cater for us and very quick service . Will definitely go back at some point, every time I go the food is off the charts good with very generous portions . Would highly recommend, Ten out of ten from me .

Been to the Banff Springs quite a few times over the years. Thought I’d take the time to write a review . I was attending the Hogmanay function and was very impressed with absolutely everything from coming into the hotel , everything was spotless, very nicely decorated, my room was exceptional and very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and courteous, very professional as well. The meal I had was outstanding as well, just as it has been in the past , very generous portions as well, Will definitely go in again on my travels and would highly recommend to others , great venue for golf groups without a doubt . Ten out of ten from me .

We had the best experience we spent Hogmanay here our room was amazing Immaculate. The staff were so friendly never experienced such professional service and we’ve been to a lot of hotels the food was of an excellent standard the band was great the views are incredible highly recommend a visit here totally flawless x
