the hotel is always ( we been many times ) perfect and very friendly  we would have loved a fridge in the room - other than that ... Wonderfull

Parking s very nice, laundry on 1/F is quite handy. Most of the staff are very helpful and frendly. The breakfast is a bit basic

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

サービス態度は非常に良く、特に中国人が良いです。市内中心部や、キャッスル ヒル、グラーツ中央広場、鐘楼などの主要観光スポットに非常に近い場所にあります。周辺にはショッピングや飲食店もあり便利です。

素晴らしい朝食、素敵なスタッフ、快適な部屋。カクテルバーではグラーツで最高のカクテルが楽しめます。ロケーションも最高。まさに完璧！

ヴィースラー ホテルでの滞在は期待以上でした。私は広い部屋にこだわらないほうなので、小さな部屋を予約しました。部屋に入ると、ベッドが地面より高く、腰痛持ちの私には無理だということでがっかりしました。実際、サイズは十分で、決して「小さい」わけではなく、バスルームもそうでしたが、ベッドが気に入らなかったのです。私は受付まで歩いていき、アップグレードをお願いしました。受付の年配の男性 (総支配人かオーナーだったのでしょうか?) に、フットボードのないベッドは気に入らないと伝えました。彼はとても理解を示し、コンフォート ベッドルームとグランド ベッドルームのどちらかをチェックして選べるよう、鍵を 2 つくれました。私は前者を選びました。ベッドにはちゃんとしたフットボード、脚、ヘッドボードがありました。彼は、コンフォートと同じ料金でグランドに泊まるよう提案してくれました。私はその親切な提案にとても満足しましたが、コンフォートでいいと答えました。彼の強い勧めで、私はワンベッドルームのアパートメントほどの広さのグランド ベッドルームに泊まりました。 ロケーションは最高です。市内中心部にあり、目の前にはムール川が見えます。最終日もビュッフェ ブレックファーストをいただきましたが、質が高く種類豊富な朝食がお好きな方にはぜひお勧めです。 ラウンジのバーでは地元の赤ワインも試しましたが、とてもおいしくて値段も驚くほど安かったです。何と言ってもここはオーストリアですからね! 客室の装飾は歴史ある 4 つ星ホテルによくあるようなものではなく、ロビーの美しいカラー リトグラフを見ると、このホテルは過去 1 世紀の間に何度かスタイルを変えてきたことがわかります。でも、次回グラーツに来たらヴァイスラーに泊まるのをためらうことはありません。

Great location. Clean and comfortable stay with very friendly receptionists!

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
