「Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury. We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal. We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!」
