豪華なホテル、非常に美しく、最高の経験。価格は高くありません。価値があります。

ホリデーアイランドにあるフォーシーズンズホテルだと思っていましたが、サービスや衛生設備などへの期待と見積もりがありました。意外にも、同じレベルで比較すると、これはかなり残念です。まず、海の青が魅力的であることに加えて、ホテルのデザインスペースはあまりにも普通です。特に部屋は高層階ではなく小さく、施設は古いです。第二に、掃除はしばしばあまりきれいではありません。2泊のシートがきれいではなく、アレルギーがあり、わずかな臭いさえありました。第三に、最も印象的なのは、ここでウェイターです。 ＇ほとんどの人はサービス意識の欠如だけでなく、顧客をいつでも導く味も十分に示しています。90分のスパを選んだとき、部屋は明るく、スパスペースの特別なデザインや注意はありませんでした。混沌とした不安なマッサージは本当に驚くべきものでした。私はこのレベルで見たことがありません。特に2ヶ月前に行ったばかりのメキシコのローズウッドホテルと比べると、天と地の違いが少しあります。第四に、食事は普通です。えっと!写真を入れた時、部屋の写真を撮らなかったことが分かりました。ひどいと思います。撮る興味がありません。

素晴らしいホテル、非常にお勧め、ホテルは非常に新しく、インフィニティ温水プールはとても美しく、ホテルのスタッフもとても暖かく、ホテルにはボートカヤックとシュノーケリングが付いています。

Hotel location is nice, 10 min from the airport, private beach and pool etc.. however like everything else in Nassau it wasn't really worth the money. The property facilities weren't great, for €350 a night, there was a small pool bar shack with a limited selection of drinks, limited sun loungers. Our room was fine, but quite small and pretty dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful though and there are a few nice restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. As places in Nassau go, it's nice, however don't expect value for money or luxury.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

很美的酒店，就是有點遠離市區，交通不咋方便，當地出租車比較坑人，二十塊美元起步。
