深夜の到着でしたが、チェックインはスムーズでした。空港からタクシーで60元でした。 中国の電話番号がないので、WeChatの登録を勧められました。使う機会はなかったですが、翻訳もできるので、入れておいた方が良いと思います。 朝食は付けず、外に買いに行きました。解放南路側に朝食を売る店がたくさんありました。逆に夜は静かで、お腹が空いたけど夜食を買えるようなところは見当たりませんでした。繁華街ではなく、中国の街らしい雰囲気のところですね。 南禅寺とその門前市がすぐ近くにあって、古運河にかかる清名橋も徒歩圏内です。地下鉄１号船の南禅寺駅は中山路側にあり、また新しい路線の駅も建設中でした。

I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations.
