ホテルは竹林の中心部にある小さな村にあり、周囲の山や茶畑の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。客室は素敵に装飾され、設備が整っています。個人はとても親切で、助けようとします。 とはいえ、寝室とレストランが凍りついたので、私たちの滞在は予想ほど良くありませんでした。私たちが最初に部屋に着いたとき、暖房がオフだったので、電源を入れなければなりませんでした。それは大丈夫でしたが、5時間後、部屋はまだ17°Cで、すでに暗くなっていました...私たちは不平を言い、スタッフは親切に私たちを部屋にアップグレードすることを申し出ました暖かいと思われましたが、時間によっては12度しかありませんでした。レストランはわずか10°Cだったので、ジャケットと帽子をかぶって食べなければなりませんでした。残念ながら、床暖房はまだオンになっていません。秋/冬にこのホステルに滞在することを検討する場合は、予約前に床暖房がオンになっているかどうかを確認する必要があります。

We stayed in Lost Villa Anji for 2 nights. The stay was great! We travel a lot in China and I can say for sure this place is worth visiting. The stuff is polite and friendly. The hotel accept dogs which is great , our pet was happy to walk around and enjoy the nature. It was already cold so we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything in it. The restaurant onlyhas Chinese food but everything was delicious, we ordered vegan food and were happy with it. The breakfast could be a bit bigger choice, though. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Wonderful scenery with nice hotspring facilities. They gave us an upgrade to Zhizai room with balcony and bathtub. The breakfast spread was nice. Overall great value for money. And thanks to Jinli (管家朱华涛），we had helpful travel advice & even complimentary goodies!

長い間選んだ後、渓流にあるこのB&Bを予約しました。部屋はとても思いやりがあり、清潔で整頓されていて、寝具はとても寝心地が良く、部屋の照明は写真のように明るく、横になると山の景色が見えます、ハハ〜私は外食せず、食事を注文して中で食べました、素晴らしい雰囲気があり、名前全体はとても文学的で、最初は独立性を見て、がっかりしませんでした‼️静かで、窓の外の景色は素晴らしく、そして最も重要なのは、価格が同じレベルで非常に競争力があることです。間違った選択をしたわけではありません！滞在をお勧めします、環境は本当に美しい、雲山草原から1.2キロ離れており、食事やアトラクションは素敵、素敵、素敵です

We've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

The resort staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the stay they would make sure everything is in order. The resort is beautiful but it was also a rainy weekend so the kids park was wet could not play and the pool was still being cleaned so we did not have access to that. Other than that everything was perfect for a weekend away

The hotel is high in the mountain and surrounded by trees. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The person at the reception was helpful. I booked the loft suite, which was nice in design and very spacious with a second floor connected by stairs. Nice balcony and an open air bathtub on the second floor terrace. I liked that the tab water in the kitchen sink was filtered (there was a fridge, but no stove) The restaurant food is nice and breakfast buffet is small and simple but tasty (if you like Chinese breakfast like my family does). Amenities were slippers , comb, toothbrush if you need. Shampoo and body wash in the room. The hotel would be nicer if they paid more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Housekeeping should clean a bit better. Our room floor was not very clean in the corners and the Japanese style toilet was not so clean. Some parts of the hotel facade and ceiling are damaged. The pool had no water and I didn’t see anything written in ctrip that is seasonal.

the hotel is very. comfy and the staff there very friendly and kind, we had a bad experience with the air conditioner   that we understand the machines breaks but  at the end is not a cheap place  (+600/night)and everything should be fine with no exceptions. the staff tried to help us with a fan and changed to another room but as it was late in night no time to cool down properly for sleeping good, anyway we know they try their best and also they let us enjoy the next day in the swimming pool to make time until our car arrives and they gave us some fruits and bottles of water in general we liked the weekend :)

We have 3 adults and 2 dogs staying for 3 days 2 nights. We all like the construction style of the building. Those wooden roof, balcony and all furniture design are beautiful. It was very comfortable and we all slept well there. We ordered 2 dinners with different dishes during our stay. I do recommend if you could have a try. They have local homemade dishes which I have never had anywhere else before. The customer services are very responsive. We had worried about the mountain road to the hotel, but they were very considerate and arranged a car driving ahead to lead us.
