We had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, very detailed and thoughtful. They upgraded us to a duplex room with amazing views over the mountains. Even so, the smaller room was lovely as well (they let us pick which one we preferred). They paid a lot of attention to detail, helped us call our drivers, order food, find little hiking routes etc. The food at the hotel is simple and fresh chinese countryside food. We enjoyed it. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place.

We had a really pleasant holiday at this resort. We enjoyed the lovely room and all the several facilities and activities available. Hot Spring are very nice. The food is delicious with multiple choices. The area is so quite and even with many people we were feeling the quite and clean environment. A personal thank you to all the staff, particularly to Mr.Kai. We were feeling like to have a personal assistant all the time and he is really professional and supportive with us. We will certainly visit again this resort for a longer holiday.

素晴らしい景色を望む広い部屋で、週末をリラックスして過ごせます。広大な敷地とスポーツ施設。夕食はまあまあでした - ホテルとは別に西洋料理、日本料理、広東料理のレストランとティーハウスもあり、より多くの選択肢を提供しているのは良かったです（そこに着くまで徒歩約15分またはゴルフバギー）。朝食は非常に良い選択肢がありますが、不足しています。まともなジュースとコーヒーにのみ。プールはうまく運営されており、泳げない子供たちはメインレーンをブロックするのではなく、スプラッシュプールを使用するように求められました。 サービスは全体的にフレンドリーで親切で、温かい歓迎、部屋のアップグレードとレイトチェックアウトをしてくれたシンディ、そして私の水泳の上達を助けてくれたライフガードに特に感謝しています。 F&B スタッフのトレーニングを改善することは、さらにできることでしょう。全体として、強くお勧めします - 事前に「オールインクルーシブ」料金を予約する必要はありません - 必要に応じて現地で追加できます (大人 1 日あたり 600、子供 450)

長い間選んだ後、渓流にあるこのB&Bを予約しました。部屋はとても思いやりがあり、清潔で整頓されていて、寝具はとても寝心地が良く、部屋の照明は写真のように明るく、横になると山の景色が見えます、ハハ〜私は外食せず、食事を注文して中で食べました、素晴らしい雰囲気があり、名前全体はとても文学的で、最初は独立性を見て、がっかりしませんでした‼️静かで、窓の外の景色は素晴らしく、そして最も重要なのは、価格が同じレベルで非常に競争力があることです。間違った選択をしたわけではありません！滞在をお勧めします、環境は本当に美しい、雲山草原から1.2キロ離れており、食事やアトラクションは素敵、素敵、素敵です

We've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

The resort staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the stay they would make sure everything is in order. The resort is beautiful but it was also a rainy weekend so the kids park was wet could not play and the pool was still being cleaned so we did not have access to that. Other than that everything was perfect for a weekend away

ホテルは山が高く、木に囲まれています。ベッドと枕は快適です。レセプションの人は親切でした。私はロフトスイートを予約しました。これはデザインが素晴らしく、2階が階段でつながっている非常に広としています。2階のテラスにある素敵なバルコニーと露天風呂。キッチンシンクのタブウォーターがフィルターされているのが好きでした(冷蔵庫はありましたが、ストーブはありませんでした) レストランの食べ物は素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェは小さくてシンプルですが美味しいです(私の家族のように中華料理が好きなら)。 必要な場合は、スリッパ、櫛、歯ブラシが備わっています。部屋にシャンプーとボディウォッシュがあります。 メンテナンスと清潔さにもっと注意を払えば、ホテルはもっといいでしょう。ハウスキーピングは少しきれいにする必要があります。私たちの部屋の床は隅であまりきれいではなく、和風のトイレはそれほどきれいではありませんでした。ホテルのファサードと天井の一部が損傷しています。 プールには水がなく、季節的な ctrip で書かれたものは何も見えませんでした。

非常非常美的徽派風格酒店，有一百多年的歷史，很多歷史的痕跡但是整體非常整潔乾淨，每一處風景都像水墨畫一樣 老闆娘和裏面的服務生小姐姐還有大叔人都很好，幾乎都隨叫隨到，起晚了沒趕上早餐還會給送回來（但是大家記得要準時） 衞生打掃的也很乾凈，房間裏沒有以為也沒蟲子，遇到什麼問題也處理的很快 我住的房間景色很美當時沒有想到多拍幾張照片，一個很大的落地窗還有陽台，和網站上發的圖片一模一樣 停車也很方便就在民宿門口，很多的停車位，打電話民宿的大叔也會提前出來接幫忙拿行李，唯一要注意的就是路稍微有點坡注意安全，但是不滑小心點就行

the hotel is very. comfy and the staff there very friendly and kind, we had a bad experience with the air conditioner   that we understand the machines breaks but  at the end is not a cheap place  (+600/night)and everything should be fine with no exceptions. the staff tried to help us with a fan and changed to another room but as it was late in night no time to cool down properly for sleeping good, anyway we know they try their best and also they let us enjoy the next day in the swimming pool to make time until our car arrives and they gave us some fruits and bottles of water in general we liked the weekend :)
