UTree Pavilion is hosted by a wonderful family who were extremely welcoming and consistently extended care and attention throughout my stay. The apartment hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent service amenities. This was my first trip to China and I was astounded by the level of open-heartedness and genuine positive characteristics that I experienced. I plan to return to stay with UTree Pavilion, they have given me a wonderful impression and experience of the warmth of Mainland Chinese culture. The building is beautiful and has been thoughtfully curated with activities, amenities and decor. The location is excellent for visiting local attractions. I can only wholeheartedly recommend choosing this location for your stay in Foshan. To the hosts - thank you for providing an experience that I will always cherish.

The location is just next to the walking street so is very convenient but also heavy traffic especially during the weekend. The room is as pictured, spacious and relaxing. All the staffs we met are very welcoming and friendly, also the recommended local restaurants are very good. The laundry is done by their staff, just hand it to the front desk and pick up when it's ready (You can drop off during night time and pick up after breakfast). Breakfast is in the cafe, not much choices however the views and vibes are awesome. We were a little late for check out and they are so kind to extend our check out time.

It's closed to nearby shopping.To find the main door It's quite difficult because located at the main road junction. The air conditioning is not cool .

ホテルの設備は整っており、部屋はとてもきれいで、掃除のおばさんは真面目で責任感があり、フロントデスクのスタッフはとても良いです、ホテルの外の駐車場は広くて無料です、周りにバス停があります、車で行くか広州まで車で行くのはとても便利です。唯一の欠点は、ホテルにはインターネットテレビが装備されていることですが、なぜかテレビでさまざまなネットワークプラットフォームの番組を視聴できないことです。ビデオ信号の番組を見ることができますが、携帯電話でインターネットでビデオを見るのは問題ありません。

Great Location : Easy to find, Near to amenities like eateries & provision stores, Easy to get Cab & There is a bus from this hotel to Hong Kong Airport (latest trip 4pm, there is a QR Code at the front desk to book) Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012) Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good. Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast. Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful) Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

I booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

場所は、モールの隣にあります。無料のランドリーサービスも利用でき、ロボットを使用して部屋に物を届けます。不満なのはwifiだけです。中国のwifiは地元の人にのみ使用され、外国人には使用されていないようです。彼らは私にDNSをオフにするように言ったが、それはまったく機能しない。広州空港のwifiでも地元の人のみが使用できます-ローカル番号で接続する鍵?空港のスタッフが私を助けても、同じものはまったく接続できません。 なぜですか? wifiは、ホテルがゲストに提供すべき基本的な設備であると考えています。中国でwifiに接続するのがなぜ難しいのか理解できません。私は料金で7日間のデータローミングサービスを終えました。wifiがなければ、本当に不便です。妹といとこ姉妹は、wifiは順徳/中国では接続できないと言いました。 101コードのスタッフは親切で親切です。彼女はホテルから広州空港に直行する近くのバス停への交通手段の料金をチェックするのを手伝ってくれます。彼女はまた、緑豆プリンを用意してくれました:) このモダンなインテリアホテルでの全体的な滞在は良いです。順徳に旅行すればまた戻ってきます。ありがとうございました。

酒店還有較多的改進空間。 外停車場：因為是晚上過去，一開始沒看到酒店名字（位置較高）以為走錯地方，希望能加多一些位置較低的標誌。 空間：房間寬敞，電視略小，顯得空曠。 房間樓層高，視野很好，符合酒店名字。 衞生方面：兩間大床房，其中一間沒搞衞生，當時心情頓時有落差，前台瞭解後馬上給予更換，效率很高。總體衞生尚可，但淋浴間衞生需要加強，有尿騷味。 問題： 定了兩間大床房，其中一間總體不錯，但臨時更換那間，2米床是兩張一米床拼起來的，一開始沒發現，半夜睡覺背部不適，感覺到有縫隙後才留意到。第二天退房時反映給前台，沒有任何迴應。當時趕時間就沒再進一步追究。 服務：前枱佈置較為簡陋，前台是兩位年輕女孩坐鎮，有活潑的氣息，容易溝通，但略顯業餘。隨房送雪糕和飲料（開放式自由拿取）我們人較多辦理入住時孩子拿了6根冰棍，前台沒計較，這裏贊一個。 設施： 設施中規中矩。 早餐：家人評價一般。 位置：樓下能看到一家大荷塘農莊，特地跑過去試味，清蒸筍殼魚很不錯，禮貌的服務也驚艷到我。性價比還不錯。 總體：考慮到是鎮裏的酒店，各方面無法和星級酒店對比，所以也沒過度計較一些問題，希望以上回饋對酒店改進有一些參考。

It was good overall, except for the lack of a bathtub and the difficulty finding the place since the sign at the entrance had a different name.

الفندق هادئ الغرفة لايوجد بها مايكرويف لكن يمكنك ان تستخدم صالة الفطور في نفس الدور لتسخين الاكل، خدمة النظافة جيدة و لكن لا يغيرون ارواب الحمام و لا يتم استبدالها، فقط مناشف الحمام يتم تغييرها، جميع المأكولات و المشروبات في الغرفة هي بمبلغ ما عدا الماء مجاناً، متوفر في الحمام ماسكات للبشرة لكن بمبلغ مالي، جزء من الغرف نافذتها مغلقة لا تفتح، و جزء منها مطل على مبنى قيد الانشاء، موظفين الرسبشن كانوا لطيفين لقد ساعدونا باحضار سائق ليحمل امتعتنا و يوصلنا للجانب الاخر من الطريق حيث مكان سكننا الدائم.
