這次入住體驗特別滿意，必須好好誇誇依林小姐姐～服務態度熱情又温柔，全程耐心細緻，辦理入住高效快捷，還主動介紹酒店設施和周邊訊息，讓人一進門就覺得很暖心。遇到問題也及時幫忙解決，專業又貼心，細節感拉滿。酒店整體乾淨整潔，環境舒適安靜，房間佈置温馨，床品柔軟，住得很安心。從入住到退房，服務全程在線，性價比超高，真正感受到賓至如歸。強烈推薦這家酒店，前台服務值得滿分好評，下次出行還會首選這裏！

I like to take this chance to give a shout out to the service of Gabriel Hu. He is very friendly and helpful. Even making us drinks at the bar when the bar staff wasn’t available. In general the service of the staff are good. Two things we got very disappointed was about the room. We smelled cigarette in the toilet from the room next to us. The ventilation isn’t good or they shouldn’t misbehave The gym is a children’s playground. We went there twice and saw at least 2 families with very small children (under 6 years old) were running in the gym. Banging weights, bouncing medicine balls, playing on the treadmill The gym rule simply allow this to happen as it says children under 16 need adult supervision. Just that it is a common sense no babies should be here Can also reflect the problem is that the hotel is lack of children’s room or other leisure facilities Honestly I stay here for the gym and I am so hesitate to come and gym again

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

Great location near Dongping metro station from which you can take the metro directly to Foshan's Chancheng and Nanhai districts, as well as to Guangzhou. There are plenty of food and drink options around the hotel, including Starbucks and McDonald's. I have stayed at this hotel twice; on both occasions staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good views of the city lights at night time. Foshan in general is a safe city for solo travellers, and this area is no different.

I booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

まず利点について話しましょう。ホテルはマリオットと同じ建物内にあり、部屋は清潔で広く、夜景は美しいです。短所: 春節期間中、午後 1 時 30 分にチェックインしました。掃除する人が少なく、チェックイン後 2 時間半待っても部屋の手配がありませんでした。フロントに電話して早急に手配してもらいましたが、一人で車で来るには疲れていたので、フロントに行って部屋をリクエストしたところ、幸いなことにエグゼクティブルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。 。春節期間中はスタッフが少なくなるのは当然ですが、ホテル側は稼働率や業務量を事前に考慮し、サービスの向上を図る必要があります。ホテルを予約したとき、ミニバーの最初のドリンクは無料と言われ、カスタマーサービスセンターに電話したところ、配達されるとは言っていませんでした。するとスタッフはすぐに届けるように手配すると言いました。キルトとカミソリもお願いしましたが、飲み物とキルトは午後から夕方まで待ちました（2回促したにもかかわらず、翌日もう一度電話してから届きました）。最も言葉にならないのは、部屋を予約したときに、ホテルに充電ステーションがあることを確認し、事前にホテルに電話して、急速充電が可能であることを確認したことです。到着してみると、小鵬車用の充電スタンドは 4 つしかなく、そのうち 2 つは壊れており、もう 1 つはガソリン車が占有しており、もう 1 つは充電中でした。フロント近くに急速充電の充電スタンドがどこにあるのか聞いてみましたが分かりませんでした。現在、新エネルギー車が数多く登場していますが、五つ星ホテルとしてはこの点も考慮すべきです。

2回目の宿泊で、今回はエグゼクティブツインを予約しました。部屋はとても清潔で、匂いも全く気になりませんでした。コネクティングドアがあったのが少し違和感がありましたが（笑）、窓が通りに面していないのでとても静かでした。マットレスの硬さもちょうど良かったです。枕が交換できるのも嬉しいです。元々付いていた枕は反発力が弱く、人によって合う合わないがあるかもしれません。廊下はコの字型にレイアウトされていて、動線がスムーズでした。ロビーバーのスタッフも親切でした。ロビーは自然光がたっぷり入り、天井も高く、とても満足しました。重厚な仕上げが印象的で、フロアランプの配線が見えていないのも良かったです。エレベーターは速くて静かでした。ラウンジも快適で、特に角部屋のチェックインエリアは快適でした。螺鈿の衝立、ソファ、椅子、フローリングの床が全て同じトーンで統一されており、窓の外の青い空と車の往来に見事に調和し、まるで日本にいるかのような気分になりました。ヴィッキーさん、本当にありがとうございました！前回もお会いしましたが、迅速な対応と素晴らしい接客に感動しました！不思議なくらい温かく迎えてくれました（笑）。今回は赤いルームキーまでくださって、本当にありがとうございました！ラウンジでは、炭水化物や野菜の揚げ物、チーズなど、温かい料理と冷たい料理の両方が提供され、カクテルもお楽しみいただけます。テーブルの配置も工夫されていて、窓際ではなく、夕暮れ時の街並みを誰もが平等に楽しめるようになっています。夜のプールは空いていて、ほぼプライベートな空間でした。更衣室は清潔で、臭いもありませんでした。仰向けになってオフィスビルを眺めていると、まるで広州のマンダリンオリエンタルのプールにいるような錯覚に陥りました。行く価値は十分ありました。朝食はまあまあで、仏山にある別の古い支店よりも美味しかったです。*焼き職人の腕は素晴らしく、*は完璧に滑らかに仕上がっていました。ワンタンはフレンドリーなスタッフが焼きたてで、スープも美味しかったです。会員エリアはメインロビーとは全く異なる雰囲気で、温かみのある色調で視覚的にもリラックスできます。搾りたてのスイカジュースは絶品でした。全体的にとても快適な体験でした。次回順徳に来る際は、またここを選びたいと思います。

Stayed for 1 night. New hotel, they upgraded my room and gave me a room that was like a dream lol. Amazing!!! Great breakfast

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
