We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hefei Lujiang Chunian Cultural Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful – peaceful, green and very relaxing. It feels like a little escape from everyday life, with stunning scenery and a wonderful atmosphere. It was especially lovely to simply walk around the resort and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. We also really enjoyed the food. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and delicious, and the quality was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent service, comfortable rooms and delicious food made our stay truly special. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway! ❤️

先日、この美しいホテルに滞在することができ、本当に嬉しく、心からお勧めします。立地も非常に便利で、周辺には様々な施設があり、あらゆる予算に対応しているため、どんな旅行者にも理想的な選択肢です。 ホテルの外観は息を呑むほど美しく、自然美に囲まれ、新鮮で爽快な空気が漂っています。館内は清潔で、手入れが行き届いています。客室は広々としており、ベッドは驚くほど快適で、全体的に温かみのある温かい雰囲気です。 フロントデスクのジェニーさんとヤンヤン・チャンさんには特に感謝しています。お二人のフレンドリーで温かいお言葉は、10時間以上のフライトで疲れた私を癒してくれました。お部屋をアップグレードしていただき、Wi-Fiの接続や車のナンバープレートの登録など、親切にサポートしていただき、チェックイン手続きもスムーズで楽でした。 さらに、親戚の同伴者の登録もスムーズにしていただき、さらに楽しいハッピーアワーもご用意いただきました。エグゼクティブラウンジのパーカー・チャンさんはとても親切で、地元のサービスや交通機関に関する貴重なアドバイスをくれ、必要な情報をすべて提供してくれました。とても気さくな方です。 （朝食はホテルではとりませんでした。外でもっと屋台や地元の料理を楽しみたかったからです。）でも、ウェルカムフルーツの盛り合わせとハッピーアワーのデザートは最高でした。上質な食材と新鮮なクリームを使っていて、甘すぎず、罪悪感も軽減されました。 今回の滞在のおかげで、5年ぶりの帰省が素晴らしくスムーズで快適なものになりました。素晴らしいサービスと温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。思い出に残る滞在をありがとうございました。またぜひお泊まりしたいと思っています。 :)

Wonderful, friendly service! Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

ここは合肥で最高のホテルのひとつです。このホテルのすべてが素晴らしかったです。 欧米のどの国にあっても、このホテルは超高級ホテルと言えるでしょう。 とてもフレンドリーなスタッフが出迎えてくれ、至れり尽くせりのサービスを提供してくれました。 ホテルの内装はとても美しく、 朝食は種類豊富で、どれも素敵でした。 ロビーは美しく、ゆったりと座って飲み物を注文できます。 私たちを助けてくれ、素晴らしい飲み物を用意してくれたCucuさんに心から感謝します。

The hotel has a excelent localization. It is close to Swan Lake and shopping mall. You can take breakfest, go to a walk around the lake and lunch on Intime or MixC shopping mall.

Hotel is tranquil with a nice view of a small lake. Cleaning staff did a good job. Special thank you to Mia for her hospitality. Will come back here again on my next visit to Hefei

帶娃出來度假，這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇誇這家酒店！ 工作人員服務特別周到貼心，因為寶寶睡覺，我們退房時間比較晚，酒店特別人性化，讓我們不要着急，收拾好再退房，對於帶小寶寶的家庭實在太友好了，省去手忙腳亂趕時間的窘迫，這點特別讓人感動。 房間空間都很寬敞，住得一點不壓抑，全屋收拾得乾乾淨淨，住着很安心。院子裏的小水池孩子特別喜歡，在這邊玩了好久，放電效果滿分。 酒店餐廳環境絕佳，放眼望出去就是整片稻田，景色治癒。菜品味道更是驚喜，翻看大眾點評，算得上方圓十公里最好吃的飯店，吃飯體驗感拉滿。旁邊配套還有咖啡館，氛圍感十足，大人也可以歇一歇放鬆一下。 寶寶在這裏玩得特別開心，大人也能夠好好享受度假時光。不管是硬件環境，還是暖心的服務都無可挑剔，非常推薦親子家庭過來，下次有機會還會再來！

メーデーに旅行すると、料金はほぼ2倍になります！まずはメリットからお話します。 1. ホテルの環境が良く、空気が良い。 2. 屋内外でお子様が遊べるアクティビティがたくさんあり、親子旅行にぴったり！ 3. 4 日目の朝、早い電車に乗らなければならなかったので、朝食を食べることができませんでした。フロントデスクに伝えたところ、朝 6 時には準備ができていました。 ！短所: 1. ホテルの設備は少し古いです。私たちが泊まった部屋の床は一部陥没していました。注意しないと足を捻挫する可能性があります。 2. ホテルのサービススタッフはあまり専門的ではありませんでしたが、夜9時頃に到着しましたが、途中で偶然通りかかったサービススタッフがとても親切でした。熱心に私を助けてくれましたが、私はまだ食事とガイドをしており、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。これほどカジュアルなホテルのスタッフは見たことがありませんでした。 3. 部屋の掃除が間に合わなかった。翌日部屋が掃除された後、その晩の夕食のボウルがまだテーブルの上にあり、それを取り除いてもらうためにフロントデスクに電話しました。はい、3日目は朝9時半に出かけましたが、午後2時半に戻ってきたとき、部屋はまだ掃除されていませんでした。2回催促しなければなりませんでした。そして30分後に戻ってきたのですが、私も酔っ払っていました。たくさんの都市の国内ホテルに泊まってきましたが、こんなホテルに出会ったのは初めてです！全体的な感じはあまり良くなく、値段に見合ったサービスが追いついておらず、一度の体験で十分です！

滞在はとても素敵で、そこの人はフレンドリーでした。あなたが自然が好きなら、これはあなたのためです。ホテルは清潔で、設備もそれに応じて提供されました。部屋の担当者「孫さん」はゲストの面倒をよくお世話になりました。静かな隠れ家が好きなら、これはあなたにぴったりだと思います。静かなリマインダー、ホテルは特にどこにもいない半ばにあり、朝食のみ利用でき、配達のオプションはあまりありません。静かな休暇に最適ですが、市内中心部のような旅行ではありません。
