The room is clean and spacious, and has a hairdryer. The location is very close to the main shopping street and not too far from the metro station (13 min walking). The receptionist is very friendly and kind, when I return to Hefei, I will book here again.

Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
