IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

ゲゲスト空港近くのホテルに宿泊した際に、客をぼったくりに遭って大損害を被ったこともあり、他のホテルへの悪質な勧誘でリベートも受け取ったと聞きました。とにかく文句を言いました。これは友人がオンラインで予約することを勧めた新しくオープンしたホテルで、空港に近く、サービスも良く、環境もとても良いです。将来合肥に来るときはここに泊まります。映写室の大きなスクリーンは私たち若者にとても適しています。上司はとても親切で、荷物を部屋に運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。細部まで整っています。 🏻👍🏻👍🏻

ゲゲスト私はこのホテルでとても快適な滞在をしました。その最も強いポイントの1つは場所です:それは地下鉄駅に非常に近く、街を移動することを非常に簡単にします。数歩先には、多くのレストラン、カフェ、食事のオプションがある大きなショッピングモールもあり、簡単な食事とリラックスした夕食の両方に最適です。
部屋は快適で清潔で、ホテルの全体的な雰囲気は静かで歓迎してくれました。スタッフは親切でプロフェッショナルで、滞在をよりスムーズにしました。

ゲゲスト雨が降っていたので、ネットの口コミを見て駅のホテルを予約しましたが、高速鉄道を降りるのに数分しかかからず、まったく濡れることはありませんでした。フロントの対応がとても良く、事前にホテルの場所を連絡してくれました。環境もよく、設備も充実しています。夜もよく眠れました。部屋もとても清潔でした。ところで、あなたはルームカードを使用してレストランで食事をすると割引が受けられます。素晴らしい経験でした。素晴らしい滞在経験でした。

ゲゲストI booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in.
Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms.
Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation.
Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

ゲゲスト這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。
設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。
店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

Firstly, the host was amazingly kind and made me feel immediately welcome. Their warm demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring I had a pleasant stay were truly heartwarming. The check-in process was impressively speedy, which allowed me to settle into my room quickly without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was spotless and impeccably maintained. The cleanliness was evident in every corner, from the freshly laundered linens to the sparkling bathroom. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort for their guests.
The location of the hotel was another major highlight. It was incredibly convenient, situated close to all the key attractions and amenities I needed during my stay. ゲゲスト國慶節跟朋友出來玩訂了他家，一百多塊錢感覺挺便宜的想着衹要能住就行，沒想到比我在南京訂的四百多的還要大點，房間設施齊全，還有一次性馬桶套真心不錯，該有的設施都有，衞生乾淨，房間整潔。離淮河路步行街約幾分鐘路程，出行非常方便，服務也是非常好，前台姐姐全程都是微笑服務，還給我介紹了附近的景點以及出行路線，必須贊一個，國慶假期期間這個價格真心划算，性價比高。

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom.
Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.
Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe.
Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.
Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
