GGuest User2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk attendant not only greeted me warmly but also offered free snacks and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip.
They also arranged a special deal for my family—two days of breakfast for only $7, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s close to Sam’s Club and the Hefei south railway station, which made getting around easy.
Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra bottled water whenever we asked.
Highly recommend this hotel for the great service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

ゲゲストThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

匿匿名ユーザー全体的な感じはOKで、価格もOKですが、いくつか改善点があり、滞在体験はより良くなります。遮音性は理想的ではありません。夜寝ているときに廊下で話している人、上の階でトイレを流してシャワーを浴びている人がいつも聞こえ、下の階から下水道の音が聞こえます。窓の遮音性は普通のアルミ合金の引き戸、壊れていない橋のアルミ防音窓、エアコンの暖房を改善する必要があり、騒音が大きいです。

JJazzy MazzyLocation was perfect. there were so many food points. Super brand mall and European street was also on the walking distance. Room was clean. But reception staff was so annoying and irritating. It seems that ladies were not professional and not trained. They were so annoying. Even on the next day they asked for the passport again. One favour they gave was to provide milk and bread before 6:15 in the room. They have set dinner timings for a very short time and that's very unusual. I missed that. Usually dinner and breakfast timings are not very short in a good hotel. Overall my experience was so so. there was only one water bottle in the room and upon calling the reception, they didn't bother to receive. and yes they didn't knew how to deal a foreigner. They were unable to speak English.

AAilvxingdewenyifan今回はブルークリスタルホテルに泊まったので、本当に丸められました!フロントの女性は非常に効率的で、メッセージをチェックし、ルームカードを5分以内に取得し、部屋のタイプを無料でアップグレードするために率先して行動しました。 ～部屋は家全体でスマートで、ベッドに横たわって「Xiaodu Xiaodu」と叫びました。ライトのスイッチ、エアコンの調整、テレビの電源を入れ、手を完全に解放することができます。テクノロジーのセンスがいっぱいで、特に便利です。衛生状態は言うまでもありません。客室の叔母は丁寧に掃除し、デスクトップ、コーナー、バスルームの行き止まりはきれいで、寝具は清潔で無臭で、生活は特に安全です。最もプラスのポイントは場所です。階下を歩いて数分のところにスナック通りがあります。あらゆる種類の地元の特産品を自由に選ぶことができ、食べ物を見つけるのにとても便利です。こんなに費用対効果の高いホテル、次回ここに滞在するときは、すでに友達に勧めています!

ゲゲストきっと気に入るはず！滞在体験は素晴らしかったです！出張をしたことがある人なら誰でも知っているように、出張では快適な休憩環境を整えることが非常に重要です。ホテルのサービスに心温まりました。清潔で、サービス態度も良く、朝食も充実しています。（私は利用しませんでしたが）お湯もすぐに沸きます。長時間水を入れる必要がないので、また行くことがあればまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

VValeriaMRecientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en este hotel nuevo que, aunque tiene un gran potencial, aún necesita trabajar en varios aspectos para ofrecer una experiencia verdaderamente memorable a sus huéspedes. Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.
