シャンパン ドメイン サクレへの訪問は、シャンパンへの旅行のハイライトの 1 つでした。私たちが到着した瞬間から、経験は暖かく、本物で、信じられないほどよく考えられていました。これは家族経営の B&B です。 Aの設定は、シャンパン地域の魅力を完全に捉える美しいブドウ畑に囲まれ、静かで風光明媚です。ホストは歓迎し、知識が豊富で、彼らがしていることに明らかに情熱的でした。毎晩午後6時に無料のシャンパンテイスティングはケーキの上のチェリーです。 シャンパン自体は際立っていました-洗練され、エレガントで、思い出に残るものでした。各テイスティングには洞察力のある説明が付いており、経験を楽しく教育的なものにしています。すべてのボトルの背後にある職人技と遺産を実感できます。 最も際立ったのは、訪問全体がどれほど個人的で本物だったかでした。それは単なる試飲ではなく、シャンパン作りの世界に没入する体験でした。 この地域を訪れる人に強くお勧めします。シャンパン愛好家でも、ユニークでリラックスした体験をお探しであれ、必見です。

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !

Well located near the train station. Good for a short stay. Breakfast very good and tasty! 15 min walk to the downtown, prive- quality is fine. The only inconvenience is that to reach the city center, you need to cross by the train station. But the price compensate it!

Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, and the huge TV let us watch our favourite YouTube videos and Netflix movies. I absolutely adore the scent of the liquid soap and washing gel! Despite being close to the motorway, it was really quiet. The only downside was some noise from the room above us. Holiday Inn by IHG doesn’t disappoint — it’s my favourite hotel chain!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !

The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink. A bad experience. Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there. Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing. Management should be fired immediatly.. Personal of the hotel was very nice. But.......

Отличный отель, удобное расположение и чистые номера. Иногда слышно соседей за стенкой, но тут как повезёт с соседями. Единственный вопрос к подушкам, очень странные, больше похожи на 2 блина.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.
