Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

ボーンマスへの静かな休暇を過ごし、温水プール、サウナ、ジャグジーを備えた素敵な小さなスパホテルに宿泊しました。ホテルから徒歩わずか5分のビーチで過ごすには最高の天気でした。朝食は素晴らしく、コンチネンタルブレックファーストに加え、温かい料理も注文しました。一日の始まりに、とても美味しいイングリッシュブレックファーストをいただきました。とても楽しく、また泊まりたいと思いました。

ドライブでの休暇にとても適したホテルです。私の部屋は海の見える部屋ではないのが残念です。そうでなければ、身も心もリラックスできるでしょう。室内は広く、天窓も付いており、天気が良ければ青空を直接眺めることができます。ビーチに近いのですが、ビーチ近くの入り口に靴裏の砂や砂利を落とすための給水ホースやエアガンがあればさらに便利です。

The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future .

Nice hotel. Perfect for holidays. it's near the beach, only ten minutes walk. And the AC was good enough for summer. Receptionists are super friendly.

Given a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on. The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean. Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

ホテルセレブリティでの滞在は最高でした。景色の素晴らしい場所に近く、広々とした素晴らしい客室を提供しています。私は246号室に宿泊しましたが、部屋はとても広々としていて清潔で、バスタブ付きの専用バスルームもありました。滞在はとても快適で、ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、お客様の質問に丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食にはベーコンやその他のベジタリアン料理が含まれていましたが、ベーコンとベジタリアン料理に使えるスプーンは1つだけで、交差汚染につながる可能性があり、ベーコンを食べない私にとっては致命的でした。しかし、交差汚染を防ぐために別のスプーンが用意されていれば、さらに素晴らしいものになったでしょう。全体的に、滞在と周辺環境は素晴らしく、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。休暇やレジャーでボーンマスを訪れるすべての人に、ホテルセレブリティを強くお勧めします。

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also a plus, being close to the beach and convenient for getting around. We enjoyed the amenities provided, which added to the overall experience. While the hotel isn’t perfect and there are a few areas that could be improved, it definitely offers good value for money. Overall, we had a nice stay and felt that it was worth what we paid for.

Overall, it's a reasonable choice if you're looking for a convenient location at a fair price, but don't expect a luxury experience. I'd consider staying again if I found a good deal.
