ゲゲスト2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful

ゲゲストThe restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel in the future .

ゲゲストI was taking a short beach walking break and was happy with the room overall.
Points lost for the toilet paper which began to shred as used, and the frugal supply of tea, coffee, milk and poor signposting so that you cannot see the building until right in front of it. The windows could not be opened and staff need to check regularly the toilet near reception.
I would repeat my stay despite those issues.

ゲゲストWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

RRahul Agrawal 1004just a short walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for a seaside break. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with the usual comfy Premier Inn bed that ensured a great night's sleep.. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bournemouth.

ゲゲストI had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

客室とアメニティ：
客室はかなり狭く、トイレの便器の位置が非常に狭く、混雑しているように感じました。アメニティは石鹸とヘア＆ボディウォッシュという簡素なものだけでした。驚いたことに、部屋にはハンドウォッシュ、冷蔵庫、ヘアドライヤーがありませんでした。良い点は、部屋は清潔で、衛生面で問題がなかったことです。
スタッフとサービス：
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、滞在をより快適に過ごせました。
設備と雰囲気：
プールは素晴らしく、プールサイドからの眺めは素晴らしく、海を真正面に見渡すことができました。ラウンジエリアからも同じ美しい景色が広がり、夜にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。ホテル内には小さなジュエリーコーナーもありましたが、パートナーが物色し始めたら、つい指輪やネックレスを買ってしまうかもしれませんので、ご注意ください。
その他の点：
エレベーターはおそらく私が今まで使った中で最も古いものでした。まるで90年代にタイムスリップしたかのような気分になり、それがこの場所に独特の雰囲気を与えていました。
食事：
フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは本当に美味しく、滞在中のハイライトの一つでした。
全体的な価値：
料金は手頃でしたが、さらにお得にするには、冷蔵庫、ハンドウォッシュ、ヘアドライヤーなどの必需品が客室に備え付けられているとさらに良いでしょう。

NNazlie DalwaiI enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests.
The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived.
Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea.
East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches.
Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre.
A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services.
Due to our short stay, we did not request any services.
Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable.
Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.
