Aar1es最高のロケーション、素敵なレイアウト、フレンドリーなスタッフ。部屋はきれいに整えられていました。しかし、ホテルの食事は本当に残念な体験でした。ルームサービスには 6 ポンドの追加料金がかかるのですが、そのことが十分に明確に宣伝されていません。支払いに行ったときのショックを想像してみてください。ピザもごく普通でした。
つまり、自分で作った方がよかったかもしれないピザに 23 ポンドも払うなんて、狂気の沙汰です。

ゲゲストNice hotel but bit out of way of Cardiff centre. We were advised not to walk back at night but use a cab service as the area being developed and we were just warned it may not be as safe as we would expect
Hotel was busy and at breakfast it was hard to find a table free or cleaned for you. Coffee area was very untidy and littered and floor by food felt slippy and the area was messy with food. Room was nice and spacious. Our TV didn't work, there was a cut cable on it. Don't think I'd go again but once area is developed it could be a good place

SSonjaLVery friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and replenished frequently so was always fresh. The bar was welcoming and reasonably priced. Our little dog was with us and made a complete fuss of by both staff and customers which she loved. Overall a lovely stay in a great hotel in an ideal location for accessing cardiff and surrounding areas.

ゲゲストI really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

SSS_RaptorNovotel as usual our prferred hotel made us feel comfortable like always. Though some issue in room ptovided, Novotel team made sure to fix it.
Special Thanks to Barbara, Elidich and one senior member, sorry forgot name during night shift helped.
In nutshell, Novotel as i always say make me feel Home away from Home.

AAniwithluiI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

BBethSaidSmileIt is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.

ゲゲストカーディフの石炭交換ホテルに泊まることにしたことをとても嬉しく思います。友人の特別な誕生日のために一晩滞在する場所を見つけることは非常に重要な仕事を与えられました。どこから始めるべきかわからないので、この地域のホテルを比較しました。 「予算」ホテル Premier Inn と Travelodge が、指定された日付の石炭取引所よりも安くないことに驚きました。写真やレビューを見てみましたが、特別な機会にぴったりでした。それはそれが建てられた時代に忠実に残るインテリアデザインで歴史に浸っていました。もともとは5人だったので、セックスタプルルームを予約していました。それは素晴らしく見え、私たちは皆そこに滞在することに本当に興奮していました。残念ながら、建物のその部分でメンテナンス作業が行われていたため、計画を隣り合わせの3つのダブルルームに変更しなければなりませんでした。部屋はきれいだった。床から天井までの二重窓、豪華な壁紙、華やかな時代の家具、素敵な快適なセンターピースのベッド。
バスルームには豪華なジャグジーバスと石の洗面台がありました。
翌朝、石炭取引所内にあるクリーズ レストランでおいしい朝食をとりました。
ここのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、最高の滞在を確実にするために邪魔をしません。
戻るのが待ちきれません。
