When I asked for vegetarian/vegan I was directed to PORK sausages, very off handedly, by Lisa.
Which was totally disrespectful,rude and upsetting 😡
The croissants were totally inedible when I went on Sunday morning around 8am
There were 3 ”broken” croissants left, which nobody touched
Until I asked if they were going to top it up!
The hash brown were dry and inedible

Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

ゲゲストI really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

AAkshay21This hotel offers a pleasant stay, though the older sections may present some minor challenges. Fortunately, a room change to a newer building resolved any initial concerns. The staff were generally accommodating, but service could be a bit slow at times. Overall, the positive aspects outweighed the minor inconveniences experienced. It's a respectable option for travelers seeking comfort.

ゲゲストGood location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

ゲゲストHotel is ok if you want a night in Cardiff but its very noisey, found it difficult to sleep baecause you can here all the noise on St Marys Street, also there was no bottle water in room which was disappointing for money spent.

ゲゲストカーディフの石炭交換ホテルに泊まることにしたことをとても嬉しく思います。友人の特別な誕生日のために一晩滞在する場所を見つけることは非常に重要な仕事を与えられました。どこから始めるべきかわからないので、この地域のホテルを比較しました。 「予算」ホテル Premier Inn と Travelodge が、指定された日付の石炭取引所よりも安くないことに驚きました。写真やレビューを見てみましたが、特別な機会にぴったりでした。それはそれが建てられた時代に忠実に残るインテリアデザインで歴史に浸っていました。もともとは5人だったので、セックスタプルルームを予約していました。それは素晴らしく見え、私たちは皆そこに滞在することに本当に興奮していました。残念ながら、建物のその部分でメンテナンス作業が行われていたため、計画を隣り合わせの3つのダブルルームに変更しなければなりませんでした。部屋はきれいだった。床から天井までの二重窓、豪華な壁紙、華やかな時代の家具、素敵な快適なセンターピースのベッド。
バスルームには豪華なジャグジーバスと石の洗面台がありました。
翌朝、石炭取引所内にあるクリーズ レストランでおいしい朝食をとりました。
ここのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、最高の滞在を確実にするために邪魔をしません。
戻るのが待ちきれません。

BBethSaidSmileIt is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.
