AAleksei ProЧудесный отель рядом с пляжем. Вкусные завтраки. Чистые, свежие номера. Хорошее обслуживание. Чистый бассейн. Идеален для отдыха с семьей или друзьями. Ближайший пляж обустроен шезлонгами, большое количество недорогих пляжных ресторанчиков. Отлично провели время! Спасибо

ゲゲストExcellent hotel just a little set back from the busy road in Candolim making it quiet and relaxing. Cotton sheets and pillowcases were spotless which is a rarity in India. Bit of a small pool area could be improved on and staff serving tea and coffee at breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again!

ゲゲストI stayed at Santana Beach Resort with my boys’ gang for a leisure trip, and we booked a suite category room. The stay was amazing — the rooms were spacious, homely, and very clean. The pool area was always lively and fun, adding to the overall vibe of the resort.
One of the best parts is the Calamari Shack, which is the hotel’s own shack located right on the beach. The Goan food there was delicious, and the whole place gives you the perfect Goan vibes. Overall, Santana Beach Resort is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, beachside stay in Goa. Highly recommended!

インドは初めてで、この国にとても懐疑的でした。私は旅行代理店で働いており、様々な国への旅行を比較しています。10泊の朝食付きホテル宿泊費、2人で10万ルーブルは、かなりリーズナブルでした。ホテルの清掃は完璧で、床は毎日モップがけされ、テーブルとナイトスタンドごとに5～10本の水のボトルが補充され、ベッドリネンも毎日交換されていました。初日の朝食は驚くほどスパイシーでしたが、後になって何が足りなかったのかに気づき、ウェイターとシェフの丁寧な対応に感激しました。毎日、私たちの好みに合っているか尋ねてくれました。フルーツは3種類も用意されており、卵料理は好きなように調理できます。天然ジュース、8～10種類の焼き菓子、コーヒーメーカーもあり、マサラティーは最高でした！プールは清潔で、午後8時まで開いています。カードなしで、清潔で気持ちの良いタオルが用意されています。ホテルでは安心して過ごせます！週末にはプールバーで素晴らしいライブミュージックが何度か演奏されていました。もしまたこのホテルに来ることがあれば、またこのホテルを選びますか？もちろんです！

ゲゲストHad a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and made the overall experience warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Service throughout was prompt and efficient.
Food was good overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement – a few dishes consistently had less salt, which impacted the overall flavor.
Special mention to the pool caretaker who was very attentive and provided excellent service. However, it would be helpful if the water depth is clearly marked on all sides of the pool for safety and clarity.
Also, a big shout-out to the valet team – they worked tirelessly and handled everything smoothly and professionally.
Last but not the least, Thank you for the room upgrade since we had a child with us.

ゲゲストThe hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome.
We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

NNataliiaОчень дружественный персонал всего отеля, ухоженная зелёная чистая территория, чистый бассейн, хороший завтрак( много из индийской кухни, но и европейское привычное тоже есть) , уборка каждый день без напоминаний. Номер просторный с 2мя кондиционерами и огромной трассой,отличный вай фай, к сожаление были всего 5 дней из 18 в Гоа, т.к. На весь срок не было мест. До моря неспешным шагом 10 минут. Рядом на центральной улице вся инфраструктура отдыха - кафе, магазины, фруктовые лавки. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Спасибо всему персоналу за атмосферу гостепреимства и доброжелательности!

ゲゲストProperty location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.
