ゲゲスト고급스럽고 프라이빗한 호텔입니다. 조용히 호캉스를 즐기고 쉬고 싶은 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 대리석 바닥부터 오브제 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓴 느낌이 물씬 납니다. 하지만 아시다시피.... 호텔 내 식음료는 상당히 비싼 수준입니다. 그러나 무료 액티비티의 퀄리티가 바로 옆의 힐튼 대비 훨씬 훌륭해서 액티비티 적극 활용하실 것을 권장합니다. 특히 아침 7시 일출을 보면서 야외에서 했던 요가는 최고의 기억으로 남아있습니다! 플러스 스파 시설과 마사지도 최고 퀄리티이니 꼭 받아보시기를 권합니다. 스파 이용객들만 쓸 수 있는 공간과 풀이 따로 있는데 정말 아름답습니다....

何よりも海に近いので最高です
しかし、施設はツールルームの方が良いです
1階ベッドを利用したが、頭が2階ベッドに触れるほど狭い
女職員に2階の人がいびきって一晩眠りを間違えると明らかにしたが、私が基本的な言語しかできずに聞いていないと隣の職員に胸春。私は英語スペイン。 2つに渡す怒っているが。戦うのが嫌だ。強力なネットワークが良い

匿匿名ユーザーThe beach was very nice but checkout had to be in person which was a nightmare since it was so far from my room I had to take the golf cart trolly who took me to the wrong checkout building and the line to checkout was ridiculous ! The resort also was way overpriced for the average food and service.

ゲゲストFriendly staff, close to the airport, breakfast good, all in all good price/value.
Only crit: the provided shuttle runs only until 10 pm; when arriving late you’ll have bad luck and will be a victim of the CUN Taxi maf-ia (means you’ll pay about 40/50 USD). This would made other more expensive options even closer to the airport more attractive (as no Taxi required).

ホテルの場所は別のエリアにあり、カンクンのホテルエリアから遠く、近くにショッピングモールや通りはなく、夜はパーティーがないため、環境は静かで快適で、一日中ホテルに滞在したい人に適しています。ホテルのスタッフ全員がとても丁寧で親切です!ホテルは改装されたばかりで、施設はとても新しいです。部屋は広く、特にバスルームは広く、リビングルームとベッドルームはとても広としていて、デザインはとても快適です!ホテルには3つのレストランしかありませんが、すべてのレストランの食べ物の質は非常に高いです!唯一の欠点は、チェックイン時にビーチに海藻がたくさんあるため、水があまり澄んでいないことです。

ゲゲストHideaway Royalton Riviera Maya was a nice weekend getaway for me and my brother but also a reunion with friends. I know the hotel is closing for renovations and hopefully it can get the well needed repairs/upgrades. For me, it was better than I expected but still lack a lot and the price should've reflected what service would be given. Definitely understaffed and affected many things like a domino. The food needs to be better especially the buffet. The only food that was consistently delicious was the fish!!! The Zen restaurant delicious but a sauna so couldn't finish our food. The building itself needs repair as I cut my finger in the pool from lose tiles. We had a leak for the light in our room, but thankfully maintenance fixed it right away. The water activities could've been much better. Too many physical challenges not enough fun challenges.

MMejiaPabloMucho lujo, muy padre, no tiene estacionamiento, dejas tu auto en la calle, los platos no estaban bien lavados, el uso de velero es gratis, pero te cobran 200 pesos por impuesto ambiental y te dan un brazalete que dice que son 58 pesos por este impuesto y no les dan brazaletes a todos, alguien hace negocio ahí, luego los rios dicen en los anuncios que se ceierran a las 7, pero el personal te saca a las 6, y la atracción principal del parque acuático no sirve, aún así volvería, la comida en el restaurante brasileño es muy bueno, mejor que en el oriental que es el único que hay que reservar.
