I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hidden resort. It is located a bit out of town, but that gives easy access to the surrounding countryside and villages. Great as a base for cycling around. The host was extremely welcoming and explained the area and attractions. The resort itself was lovely and I enjoyed my room and the facilities. Really recommend!

Wow what a place to stay. Really warm welcome, we stayed in a lake room that was superb, beds so comfy and shower to die for. Outside chairs and a hammock if you prefer. The restaurant served a wide variety of fabulous food at really good prices bar was well stocked again well priced, would recommend you savour a cocktail. Pool whilst saltwater? did not seem like it and so peaceful surrounded by trees. Have a wander around and see the veggie patch. Staff and owners could nit have been more welcoming, wished we had been there for longer A little out if town but easily accessed by tuk tuk but to be honest we didn't feel the need to leave in an evening as everything is here.

We stayed for 2 nights after visiting Phnom Penh and before our journey to Siem Reap, we wanted to see a bit more of Cambodia and Battambang was an excellent choice and so was this hotel, we couldn’t have stayed anywhere better, the only mistake we made was only booking 2 nights! It truly is a little oasis and after the hustle bustle of Phnom Penh was a welcome relief – just outside of Battambang and very peaceful with lovely rooms. We had a lake room and our daughter and partner had a garden room, the garden room was great but the lake room was even better, so relaxing to sit (or use the hammock) by the lake on your own private terrace. The pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel on the two nights we stayed because the food was really good, a wide menu choice and a perfect setting by the pool area. Breakfast was a bit limited but adequate. We came to Battambang to experience the rural life, to see the bat cave and some historical/landmark sites – I booked a full day and half day tour by tuk tuk with Battambang Tours By Bun – it was full on and very interesting and informative, well recommended (I will do a separate review). So if you are planning a visit to Battambang for whatever reasons, fully recommend this hotel.

Well this is the pearl that is the oyster that is Battambang 👍☺️. Such a lovely welcoming staff offering a charming and welcoming local feel. The setting is beautiful around exotic gardens and ponds and a delightful pool. It has a lovely backstory with the owner and his wife building it together after their connection in charity service I understand. Food really good and great value. Make sure to book enough time for a relaxing day spent at the resort, as a break from temples, bikes and bats.

We were a little disappointed with this resort especially after reading all the positive reviews. It is somewhat run down, the garden needs some attention, it’s very dry and needs weeding. The pool was ok but the broken tiles should be fixed. The room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was just ok. The staff were delightful, professional and attentive.
