We recently stayed here for several days while my child was competing in the World Robot Conference in Beijing, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel maintains a clean, comfortable environment, offers a impressive breakfast spread with great variety, and is conveniently located just a short distance from the event venue. We stayed in an Executive Floor room, which was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful retreat after long, high-intensity competition days. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the outstanding service provided by Harrison Wang at the Executive Lounge. Throughout the tournament, our team utilized one of the lounge’s meeting rooms for late-night training and prep sessions. Mr. Wang went above and beyond to support us—staying late well past his regular shift just to ensure we had everything we needed and that our team was fully taken care of. His exceptional hospitality, dedication, and genuine kindness made a stressful competition week so much easier for us. A huge thank you to Harrison and the team for going the extra mile. We will definitely be back for our next tournament!
