このゲストハウスは本当に期待以上で、典型的な五つ星ホテルよりもはるかに良かったです。部屋はとても居心地が良く、朝食はベジタリアンでしたが、典型的なベジタリアン料理よりもはるかに美味しかったです。驚くほど美味しく、肉料理よりも美味しかったです（個人的には）。スタッフのサービスもとても丁寧でした。このゲストハウスのおかげで、素晴らしい旅になりました。

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

今回の北京訪問で泊まった「楓渡ホテル」は、入ってすぐのインテリアからサービスまで、とても温かく丁寧で、部屋のレイアウトも居心地が良く、何より本当に清潔でした。そして一番重要なのは、灯市口駅のA出口を出てすぐの場所にあることです。これは本当に便利でした。周辺には、老舗の「門框卤煮」や「便宜坊烤鸭」があり、角を曲がると「稲香村」もあるので、家族や友人へのお土産を買うのにも便利です。次回北京に来る際も、間違いなくここを選ぶと思います！

ｽﾀｯﾌも内装も清潔さも素晴らしいﾎﾃﾙでした。部屋にあるミニバーﾄﾞﾘﾝｸも無料です。夢のような気分になれるﾎﾃﾙです。 荷物を置きに12時くらいにいきましたが、準備ができていいるということでお部屋案内をしてくれました。 階段しかありませんが、荷物はｽﾀｯﾌが運んでくれます。 そのあと観光にでるときもｽﾀｯﾌは持ち運ぶのにちょうどいいサイズの水を持たせてくれました。 私は、夕食を食べずに22時ころホテルに戻りました。中国の電話番号を持たないので、ｽﾀｯﾌに代わりにﾃﾞﾘﾊﾞﾘーをお願いすると快く引き受けてくれました。 私が脂っこくないものをたべたいというとｽﾀｯﾌはメニューをピックアップし、食事を提案してくれました。 また、アフタヌーンティーｻｰﾋﾞｽの時間はとっくに終わっていたが、明日の早朝帰りｻｰﾋﾞｽを受けられない私に、 ｽﾀｯﾌは準備できるものがあるから用意するといって、温かいお茶とアフタヌーンティーを用意してくれました。 帰りも荷物を運んでくれて、お土産もプレゼントしてくれました。 立地的には、狭い路地の中にあるのでﾀｸｼｰは入ってくるのは難しいです。 入れないことはないが、ﾄﾞﾗｲﾊﾞｰのことを考えるとホテルの前までは呼べません。 大柵街から約15分。最寄りの虎坊橋からも約10～15分です。季節にもよるが炎天下の中は歩くのはちょっと大変です。 駅のほうに向かい５分ちょっと歩くと大通りにでるので、そこでﾀｸｼｰを呼ぶのがよいかもしれません。 コンビニもホテルの近くにあります。 また夜ですが、住宅街の中におしゃれなバーが所々オープンしています。そこでくつろぐのも良いかもしれません。 なんにせよこのﾎﾃﾙはどんな高級ホテルよりも素晴らしいと思います。業務的ではなく、安心感を感じる温かい対応です。 北京に泊まることがあればこのﾎﾃﾙに泊まることも素晴らしい思い出の一つになります。 私はこのﾎﾃﾙのｽﾀｯﾌに感謝しています。どんなことがあってもこのﾎﾃﾙとｽﾀｯﾌにたくさんの福が訪れますように。

北京三元橋CitiGO歓閣ホテルは、三元橋地下鉄駅から数百メートルの距離にあり、どこへ行くにも非常に便利で、立地が本当に素晴らしいです。ホテル全体はシンプルでスタイリッシュな内装で、部屋は清潔で整頓されており、寝具はとても快適です。ジムやランドリールームも完備されており、夜食のサービスもあるため、出張者には大変助かります。スタッフは親切で、チェックインの手続きも効率的で、全体的にとても良い滞在でした。

桔子水晶北京上地中關村軟件園酒店位置很便利，靠近軟件園，出差過來入住非常合適。房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約有質感，床品柔軟舒服，睡起來很放鬆。衞浴熱水充足，水壓給力。前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住退房效率很高。早餐品類豐富，口味不錯。整體環境安靜，隔音效果挺好，睡眠質量很不錯。無論是商務出差還是短途出行都很推薦，下次來這邊還會選擇這家。

北京には2回目の旅行で、これまでにいくつかのホテルに宿泊しました。普段は老舗ホテルを選ぶことが多いのですが、品質はいつも悪くないです。しかし、今回宿泊した山西大厦の朝食には驚かされました。立地も抜群で、南駅、草橋地下鉄駅（大興線を利用する場合）、天壇公園へのアクセスも非常に便利です。部屋は広く快適で、窓からは遠くまで景色を眺めることができます。特にバスルームを褒めたいです。シャワーとバスタブが分かれていて、老舗ホテルだと一体型になっていることが多い友誼賓館などとは違います。シャワーで髪を洗いたいけれど足元を濡らしたくない私にとっては、これはとても嬉しいポイントでした。最後に価格ですが、とてもリーズナブルです。次回北京を訪れる際も、迷わず山西大厦を選びます！

ツインルーム、ファミリールーム、シングルルームを予約しましたが、ツインルームは良かったです。清潔で、サービスも良く、設備も比較的新しかったです。王府井エリアという立地も素晴らしく、協和病院にも近く、地下には地下鉄8号線があり、移動に便利でした。また必要があれば、ここに泊まりたいと思います。

ホテルは東四四条胡同の中にあり、本格的な北京の胡同の雰囲気を感じられます。静かで快適です。いつでもシティウォークが楽しめ、近くには東四西大街と隆福寺商店街があり、飲食には非常に便利です。地下鉄5号線と6号線は隆福寺商店街にあり、ホテルから地下鉄駅までは徒歩約10分です。ホテル内部の設備は比較的充実しており、ランドリールームやフィットネスジム（ミニ）も完備されており、サービスも丁寧です。以上がホテルの利点ですが、残念ながら部屋が狭く、トイレとシャワールームが分かれていて、どちらも狭いです。しかし、二環の胡同の中にある古い家を改築したホテルなので、これは許容範囲です。ただし、ホテルの規約は少しケチだと感じました。国慶節期間中に4泊連続で予約し、一泊1000元以上でしたが、ミニバーとアフタヌーンティーは初日のみ提供され、残りの3日間はありませんでした。これは連泊する客にとっては不公平です。そのため、北京の胡同を体験したい方にはおすすめしますが、1泊だけにするのが良いでしょう。連泊するなら、もっとサービスの良いホテルや民宿があると思います。

Amazing! We spent five nights staying in a deluxe king room with terrace/balcony at The Purple Horse Hotel in Beijing at the end of June 2026.. The location is excellent. The hotel is situated in the heart of a Hutong which offers a calm quiet and serene experience in the middle of a bustling city, only a short walk to restaurants and shops. The Hutong itself is a great experience, it's safe and friendly and we enjoyed chatting to the locals at the corner shop. The hotel is absolutely wonderful. It's less than two years old and It is finished to a really high standard, the attention to detail is incredible. It felt luxurious with the highest quality furnishings and the bathroom and shower were like something you would find in a spa. Our room had great views over the Hutong and the Beijing skyline and had excellent air conditioning. We had a buffet breakfast and a buffet dinner included and it was delicious and served in a beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Above that there was an amazing rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, a cocktail bar and 360⁰ views of the city. There is also a Peking duck restaurant on the ground floor, a gym and a self service complimentary laundry room. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The level of service and the attentiveness of the staff is at a level that we have never experienced before. The staff are super friendly and polite and they are always trying to help. Our room was cleaned to an immaculate level every day and we were often left little gifts and kind notes. The service in the restaurant was great and once again always really kind and friendly, special mention to Nieve for looking after us so well. Anything we needed, any questions we had, the staff really went out of their way to help us and did so with big smiles on their faces and we had fun times in our interactions with them. Everyone had a good level of English, especially the front for house staff and management . If you want a comfortable, clean, modern hotel with great facilities, in a great, safe location and would like staff that will advise and help you and direct you and even organise trips and transport for you, then this is the hotel for you. We would like to thank some of the staff that really went out of their way to help us. Ella and Anduo who organised a print shop for us and helped us find some specific gift shops. Nieve for making us smile everyday in the restaurant. The housekeeping team for making our room so clean, comfortable and amazing every day. Terry the manager for being a really nice guy, for taking the time to talk to us and ask us if we needed anything everyday. And Kevin for making us some really nice tea and helping us with everything when we were checking out. We have stayed in hotels all over the world but this one will always stand out for being that little bit different, for being so immaculate and for going the extra mile.
