I visited the hotel with my partner in September; we bought an all-inclusive package from a travel agency. The agent assured us that the hotel was luxurious... well, not quite. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars, as it needs modernization, and there’s an issue with coffee during meals! It was hard to order anything even slightly non-standard, like coffee with plant-based milk, such as oat or almond. This was quite a challenge for the staff. A huge drawback of the hotel was the practice of reserving poolside sunbeds with towels. Other hotels manage this by stating that towels left unattended for over an hour will be removed and the sunbeds freed up. As a result, the pool area was empty, while the sunbeds around it were covered in towels. This shouldn't happen at a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the quality of alcoholic drinks was poor. It was supposed to be ultra all-inclusive with a selection of imported spirits, but to get anything decent, you had to leave generous tips; otherwise, it was watered-down and based on local liquors. One thing that particularly bothered me—the hotel boasts about its commitment to the environment, especially marine life and turtle populations. Yet, every drink came with a plastic decoration on the straw, and there was plastic waste everywhere, which contradicts the hotel’s declarations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to cleanliness, which is a challenge in a hotel of this size with so many guests. As expected in this part of the world, the guests were from various countries, with many Russians and locals. Overall, we had a pleasant vacation, but it was a very typical Turkish tourist experience.
