Receptionist on the way back to hotel to arrange for check-in process had offered her service with rude manner. No solutions and any answer upon check-in with my question about rate disparity from booking done with early booking compared with last minute offer that I have encountered with. The receptionist had offered solution to cancel the booking instead of answering the question and said if not satisfy with the rate and the hotel, then you can select to cancel with no refund. Moreover, the receptionist also invited by word to chase away the guest to stay in another hotel. So bad experience ever!!!!! Just wondering with staff training program may not offer to all staff for this hotel? The hotel should keep this kind of person not to staying front line to service the guests. If not ready to service other, let this person doing back office to fight with other persons instead of service the guests. I would suggest not to book this hotel in advance to avoid the same situation may occurred, and if still insist to stay with this hotel, please make sure that your advance booking receive the value rate or select to book last minute to get better rate offered.
