ハンプトン イン ビッグ ベア レイク(Hampton Inn by Hilton Big Bear Lake)

I did not like that the Bluetooth or WiFi was not connected to the TV. And I couldn’t use the app for the phone but everything else was perfect.

Our stay was very nice. Hotel is new, so clean. Small little touches are nice, such as coffee, hot chocolate and water station in lobby. And Smores kits at night. My only complaint is that i received an email to 'validate' my parking stub, but still had to pay $20 for parking! There is no other place close by to park and i dont think its right guests should have to pay to park in their parking lot. Otherwise good stay.

The hotel is newly built and the rooms are clean and pleasant. However, the noisy air conditioning and uncomfortable pillows were drawbacks. The limited breakfast options included only basic items. A surprising end to my stay was the parking fee; not only was parking not complimentary, but the cost was also on the higher side, with a charge of $20 for a single night.

New and very clean hotel. Very thoughtfully designed. Incredibly polite and helpful staff.

First room assigned had not been cleaned from prior guest, back down to desk to be assigned new room. Hot tub was green, jets not working

This new hotel is beautiful and is located very close to the slopes. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the towels were great. The common spaces, the lobby and breakfast area were lovely. The outdoor area with outdoor fireplaces were beautiful. The pool was closed during our stay. The staff were very accommodating. They serve all day coffee drinks, etc from a machine in the lobby. In the evenings, they offer movie nights off the lobby with snacks. The buffet breakfast area was large and offered a huge selection. What I did not like so much was the road noise but it did subside for the most part later into the evening. Also, I did not like being charged for parking since the area was not enclosed. And in breakfast area there were a few people taking loud conference calls in the middle of room making for a not so pleasant dining experience. They may have been consultants associated with the hotel so this behavior should stop once the hotel gets underway. Specifying a room away from the main road, I would stay here again on future ski trips to the Big Bear area. .

It is a brand new hotel but overpriced for the amenities. Pools & Spa didn’t work. Manager was so nice and had special every night. She gave kids S'mores, popcorn and candy.
