「The hotel and service was good. Staff attentive when approached and can offer assistance when required. I had requested an early check in, however was not aware early check in could only be accommodated from 8am- I landed at 4am. Restaurants onsite are typical however not as grande as other pacific island resorts and restaurants. I ventured to local restaurants (easy to walk to and safe for a solo traveller) and was able to easily walk into town. Just a side note, I found I was unable to book tours via the hotel as I was a solo traveller and they require a minimum of 2 people per booking. I managed to find other ways to book and see Samoa however it wasn’t as easy as walking to the tour desk. Overall though I was happy with my stay!」
