ゲゲスト銀杏村に来たばかりのとき、この菊兵温泉旅館を予約しました。少し高いですが、価格性能比は特に高いです。新しく改装されましたが、装飾の味はありません。部屋はとてもきれいで、設備はすべて利用可能です。寝具も私のお気に入りの白で、とても高級で、横になるのに快適です。中には温泉を楽しむことができる大きな浴場があります。お風呂は本当に快適です。小さな中庭にはイチョウの木が2本あります。少し早く来たのかもしれません。葉はまだ黄色ではありませんが、美しさには影響しません。写真を撮ったりパンチインしたりするのにとても適しています。景色は素晴らしいです!さらに、特にオーナーはとても暖かくて思いやりがあります。ホームステイで朝食も美味しいです。とても気持ちが良く、とても満足しています!

部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、暖かく装飾されており、景色は素晴らしいです!床から天井までの窓からは、和順古鎮と遠くの山の美しい景色を眺めることができ、広い視野と癒しの景色を眺めることができます。
部屋には専用の温泉、本格的なオリジナルの温泉があり、プールは清潔で衛生的で、家を出ることなく快適にお風呂に入ることができます。
ホームステイの場所は古代の町の真ん中にあり、旅行に便利で、全体的な経験は素晴らしく、生活は快適でリラックスできます。
次回騰衝に来るときは、ここが最初の選択肢です!

ゲゲストThe boss was exceptionally kind to the people he was hosting. We did not purchase breakfast and he gave it to us free. We wanted some recommendations in the area and he helped us book it at a discount!! They even picked us up from the airport. They also give you a fruit and snacks platter daily with very tasty, specialty fruits! The breakfast lady is very nice and welcoming. They offer drinks all day as well including some soft drinks like coke and sprite. Coffee, soymilk, pea porridge, crossing bridge noodles (Mixian or Ersi) side dishes and condiments to put into the noodles. They also have flavored boiled eggs and boiled eggs. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with a nice layout and provided slippers, clean towels daily, comfortable bed.
Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Tengchong!

I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails.
I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up.
When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm.
Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves.
The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there).
The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps.
The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round.
Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

酒店環境與設施超出預期，鬧中取靜、景緻雅緻，温泉品質絕佳，房間乾淨舒適，公共區域設計温馨有格調，不管是休閑放鬆還是拍照打卡都很出片，硬件軟件都在線。
必須點名表揚管家北海，服務細緻貼心、響應及時，從入住指引到需求對接都安排得妥妥當當，温柔又靠譜，讓人賓至如歸。
酒店還提供包車、租車陪遊旅拍服務，車輛整潔、行程靈活，省去自己做攻略的麻煩，出行安全又省心。
更幸運的是，在潞江壩咖啡第一村遊玩時，偶遇帥氣的酒店老闆一家，他熱情分享了超多騰沖本地風土人情、小眾景點與美食祕籍，乾貨滿滿，讓我們對騰沖有了更深入的瞭解，這份意外相遇格外温暖。
一次有温度、有質感、有驚喜的温泉度假，強烈推薦給來騰沖的朋友，三善值得N刷！

整體是全樹木田園風，周邊不遠處有很多原住民，充滿生活氣息。但也正因為貼近自然，早晨五六點
鳥鳴不斷，深夜樓上走來走去的聲音聽的很清楚，對睡眠淺的人來説，確實容易被打擾！
入住體驗方面，接待過程略感單薄。辦理手續時前台僅有一位服務員在崗，後續的溝通則通過微信客服管家完成。這種模式雖然高效，但缺乏傳統五星級酒店應有的面對面服務温度。此外，接駁車停靠在平地區域，經常找不到司機，保安人員服務意識參差不齊，多數時候不主動指揮或詢問。整體來看，除了私湯温泉，其他環節很難讓人聯想到“五星級”標準。房內私湯獨立享用，舒適度高，房間保潔服務也還不錯！房費1000+一晚，結合環境和服務水平來看，價格偏高。酒店的核心優勢集中在温泉私湯和自然氛圍，管理服務意識方面還有不少短板需要進一步完善！

ゲゲストOn the day I arrived, it was raining. The taxi driver dropped me off at the Heshun village entrance gate, as cars cannot get in the village. I then called the Hostel and asked to be picked up at the entrance (this is a standard service for all the hostels inside the village), which was 10 min away by walk. The receptionist said ”they didnt have any transportation method” to pick me up, asked me to walk. When I politely told her that I am a person coming from another country (despite being able to speak chinese), also I was carrying a 20kg suitcase and a backpack, she said ”it'll be okay since you will be walking downhill”. This was a very rude and surprising response. In the end, she called me back but I was already halfway there. I am giving 2/5 for service because the breakfast was decent. The altitude of the receptionist is unacceptable and almost ruined my experience.

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced.
Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
