During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

The owner and staff are welcoming. We are a large group of people who can and cannot speak Chinese. They took care of us when we arrived from the airport. They were very accommodating and provided many attraction/dining suggestions. The breakfast is simple and good. The main breakfast is noodles with varieties of toppings of your choice but if you don't like noodles, there's also congee and hardboiled eggs. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bidet toilet. They provided necessary amenities in the room with other additional amenities in the lobby. Communication in Chinese is convenient for everyone but the owner/staff are ok with using translation app.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special. The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

房子是老闆家自建的，很寬敞，房間也很大，乾淨衞生，三樓有陽台可以晾曬衣服，衞生間有私湯。對面就是洞山温泉村，老闆還幫忙買了票，推薦的飯店也很好吃，有自己的停車場，就是離市區有點距離，外賣不方便，哈哈。但是要安靜舒適的話選擇他家就對了，我們玩了好幾天，就他家住的最舒服。 我們住的房型忘記拍照了，退房時候拍了其他打掃好的房間，很有特色，推薦入住！！

Beautiful outdoor private hotspring! Exceptional service from superhost, Susu! She and her team went out of the way to accommodate my family of 4 to make our stay at Tengchong memorable! On the last night, she brought us to the store after hearing that we had no time to shop. The next morning, she woke up before 6am to prepare and pack breakfast for us so that we could reach the train station early to avoid the traffic jam due to the Marathon event. The driver whom she had recommended, Mr Yang was also super responsible even if it meant having to work overtime! All the local food that he recommended and food made by Susu and team were genuinely delicious!

The resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

ホームステイに入るとすぐに、オーナーは熱心に予約を受け取りました。予約時に朝食を注文しませんでした。オーナーは無料の食事を送りました。朝食は豊富で多様でした。地元の特徴がありました。環境はエレガントで静かでした。部屋は広として快適でした。ランドリールームがありました。チェックアウト時に地元のささやかな贈り物をしました。幸せで快適な旅

素晴らしいトレジャーイン、強くお勧めします! この旅行で選んだ旅館は本当に嬉しい驚きでした。来て自慢しなければなりません! まず第一に、部屋を賞賛し、全体的な装飾はシンプルで暖かく、安価な感覚はありません✨。スペースは広として明るく、照明は特に良く、黄色と黒のラウンジチェア、清潔で整頓された寝具、そして慎重に準備されたミネラルウォーター、ティーセット、そして細部がいっぱいです。家電設備も充実していて、エアコン、テレビ、WiFiがとても良く、住み心地がとても良く、まるで我が家のようです。 私を最も感動させたのは、屋上のテラス🌿です!緑の丘を見下ろし、小さな町の通りを見下ろす景色は素晴らしいです。夕方には、テラスに座って髪を吹いて雲と雲を見てください。雰囲気は直接いっぱいです。写真を撮るか空にするかにかかわらず、とても適しています。 旅館の立地もとても便利で、旅行や食事にとても便利で、騒がしい中は静かで、邪魔されることはありません。全体的な経験は完璧で、価格は非常に高いです。次回はここを選び、周りの友達にも勧めました!

We booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced. Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
