看我們是年輕人出遊不容易，給我們升級到最好的大床，還有沙發，新新的，非常乾淨衞生，服務態度好，空調很製冷，周邊吃飯還方便，很好吃。建議去住試一下，哈密瓜免費品嚐，挺好的。讓我們感受到了哈密人民的熱情，因為一家酒店的服務態度讓我記住了哈密的美好印象。

We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

This is a very good hotel but the staffs do need some additional training on registering foreigners on their system. We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.

部屋は清潔で設備が整っていて、寝具は柔らかくて快適で、朝食はバラエティに富んでいて、味は良いです、ロビーにはさまざまなウェルカムフルーツと軽食があります、ホテルの入り口に専用駐車スペースがあります、便利な駐車場、ペットフレンドリー、自動運転旅行に適しています、フロントデスクサービスは熱心で反応が良いです、朝食と夕食も配達されました。チェックアウト時にデータケーブルを忘れてしまいました。フロントデスクは人に直接配達されました。チェックインの経験はとても良かった。次回もまた来ます。

Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

There is night snacks from 8 to 10pm but when i went at 9:39pm, there was nothing and the kitchen staff didnt really entertain, picture provided taken at 9.39pm and some ligts off. Hotel room is good and nice view. Bed is soft and very comfortable. They provide 2 types of pillows which is very good. This is like a commercial building and the hotel occupies about 1 floor. There is also Rubic cube hotel which is at the same lobby. There is a Day Night mini mart at level 1. There are many parking lot and a car wash at ground floor level. Breakfast seems quite extensive range but kitchen/restaurant staff were very unfriendly and loud. Security The TV was good though. I particularly like the morning receptionist which was very friendly and pleasant. Her name is in the photo.

Hotel is new, room is big and clean. But it is located in an area that is not easily accessible by foot. The didi only recognise the pickup point opposite the hotel so you may need to drag your luggage across the road. The WiFi doesn't seem to be working well. It automatically disconnects after 3 minutes.

部屋は広くて清潔、朝食も種類豊富で大満足でした。駅が目の前なので、立地も最高に便利です。この価格でこのクオリティは本当にお得でした！
