From the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help. The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy. Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus. Will I stay again? Definitely.

Travelling with work for partner and while house is being renovated. Another great trip and stay with Littleover Lodge. As always the food was stunning. Staff are absolutely amazing. Love staying here. Thank you for looking after us Reuben and team we will be back often!

イースター休暇にスチュアートホテルで過ごした極上の滞在は、まさに至福のひとときでした。時代を超越した洗練された空間、目の肥えた人々のためにデザインされたオアシスで、優雅さと壮麗さを再定義するような特別な滞在を満喫しました。大陸の風格を芸術の域にまで高めた美食体験も、新鮮で繊細、そして忘れられないひとときを演出してくれ、近いうちにまた訪れたいという気持ちにさせてくれました。 ---

チェックインは午後3時から可能です。部屋とバスルームは広いですが、窓は部屋よりも小さいです。向かいの建物の他の部屋の窓からは景色が見えません。窓は鍵がかかっており、開けられません。フロントに連絡したところ、ホテルの窓はすべて開けられないとのことでしたが、換気設備があるので息苦しさはありません。ベッドは快適で清潔です。WiFiの速度は遅いです。市内中心部に近く、駅まで徒歩30分です。ホテルの接客態度は悪いです。3泊分を前払いしましたが、自宅で緊急事態が発生したため2泊しか滞在しませんでした。ホテルと何度も交渉しましたが、残りの1泊分の前払い宿泊料金は返金されませんでした。

30分滞在しましたが、態度はとても良いですが 国内の漢庭に相当する、道具は揃っていますが、とても古いです。 バスタブはプラスポイントですが、シャワーは移動できません。 暖房は暖かいですが、タイミングができません。 マットレスは非常に高く、サポートがあります。 インターネットの速度が遅く、遅すぎ、廊下と部屋にはカビの臭いがあります。 9.5ポンドの朝食はより一般的ですが、サービス態度はかなり良く、朝食をパッケージすることができます。 湯沸かしポットとコーヒーティーバッグも追加されます

It was a comfortable stay, and the reception staff were extremely respectful. I highly recommend visiting this hotel.

Service was good. Stayed for one night. Bed had some hairs which had to be mentioned to the reception for a room change, the sink was also not in a great state. Otherwise not bad for the price. Cheapest in the area. Location is okay however have to travel around 10 mins to get to a local shopping centre or supermarket to buy any decent food b
