「8人が部屋を共有し、それぞれにベッドがありました。私は下の個室で寝ました。バスルームのシャワーヘッドが故障していたため（おそらくスイッチが故障して回らなくなっていたのでしょう）、お湯が出ず、グラスゴーの肌寒い初夏には特に不快でした。幸いにもすぐに修理され、翌日にはお湯が出ました。バスルームの浴槽にはガラスカーテンがなかったので、シャワーを浴びると床がびしょ濡れになったので、スリッパを持参してください。
清潔さはまずまずでした。ベッドの足元にはゴミが散らばっていました。前の住人かルームメイトの不注意によるものかもしれません。共用ゴミ箱の近くの床は特に汚れていて、焦げた跡がありました。部屋全体がカーペット敷きで、湿気が多く不快な感じでした。
各自に小さな金属製のロッカーが1つずつありました。大きなスーツケースは入りませんでしたが、私物を入れるには十分でした。しかし、ロッカーのドアは錆びていて、開閉時に大きな音がしたので、ルームメイトを起こしてしまうのではないかと心配でした。
フロントデスクのスタッフは親切でした。一度、ルームキーを部屋に忘れてしまったのですが、快く交換してくれました。
スコットレールのチャリングクロス駅が近くにあり、そこからパティックまで1駅で、そこから市内の地下鉄に乗り換えることができます。」

VvicchenggWe enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

ホテルがかなりいいロケーションにあります。主要のセントラル駅とクィーンストリート駅からは全部徒歩15分以内、かつテスコとかスーパーも近くにあります。
値段がエジンバラの半分ぐらいで手頃で、建物も新しくてきれいです。
欠点としてはホテルがアパートタイプなので、1週間以上泊まらなければ清掃サービスがなく、タオルも交換してくれないことです。あと、全体的に静かなホテルではあるが、上の階が椅子など動かしたらうるさいほどちゃんと聞こえます。初日、上の階の方が5時前から行動していたようで、音楽と物を動かす音で起こされて寝れなかったです。

RRRosssWe stayed at Sandman for its proximity to Hydro for a concert. In that regard the location was good, an easy 20 minute walk. Glasgow is super hilly so be aware if you’re walking anywhere. The hotel was very good, excellent breakfast, superb nice staff. Clean rooms, fit my family of 4 well enough!

MMinimeet2233Great location, super close to city centre and very convenient. Staff members are always helpful and super friendly. On my final night there was a storm in Scotland and staff was super helpful with trying to see if they can book me for one extra night just in case if trains don’t run the next day :) really happy with the service. Breakfast has good selection!
Room is okay, the AC seemed a bit old and broken but still works, temperature in the room is fine!

ゲゲストAbsolutely amazing hotel. We got it at a time when rates were cheap so it was so worth the money. The pool and sauna were great and we were allowed to use it after check out too. Reception staff were always helpful. Good view from the window too of the river.

AAndrew SearA comfortable hotel and good value for money.
However finding it was an unexpected challenge. Walking from Hyndland station what appeared to be the hotel appeared as I passed the hospital on the left. But where was the entrance? No signs along the footpath, so turned left onto Great Western Road to arrive at a petrol station. I could see the Leonardo , but again no entrance and no obvious way to find one. So, off I set back to the road where the hospital was located. I could see the hotel but no sign of any reception. Eventually I walked round the back and found my way in. Only the following morning did I discover that there was a pedestrian cut through to the petrol station
I've been to many hotels in my 73 years, but this one went out of it's way to play hard to find.
Maybe the owners assume everyone will arrive car and their satnav will guide them .
My advice to the owners. Put some signs up

ゲゲストI did not like the hotel location. Very spoiled location due to broken glass on pavings, people loitering and smoking substances. Reception - ok. My key card did not work on first attempt so had to revisited reception to fix. Room - dated and needs total upgrade - all old stuff. Secondary glazing - replace to modern. Bathroom - full update required. Departure morning - waited 10-15 minutes for lift to come up to the 12th floor - it never did. So resorted to using staircase to 5th floor where lift was coming to and used from there to ground level. The lift is slow so need to be modernised. If all of the above was attended to then I would return.
