The staff were absolutely wonderful. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was fantastic. It was my first experience staying at a camping-style hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The owner was excellent, and whenever we needed anything, they were always happy to help. If I ever come back to this island, I will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

This hotel could be top notch with a few quick wins. Its location is fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole premises is second to none. However, it lets itself down unnecessarily. There have been reviews about the showers causing wet floors in the bathroom. Upgrading the shower heads and reducing the water pressure woukd eliminate the problem and save the hotel on water costs. Replacing shower gels daily should be non negotiable. Finally, breakfast is a let down. No front of house, no-one clearing tables and poor quality coffee machines and second rate food.

I was given a lovely room on the first floor overlooking the main street and the marina. There is a lift. The pool is lovely but not much shade. The breakfast is great. It's a very convenient location within walking distance to the port and the main part of town. Heaps of restaurants around and a Spar across the street. The cafe area is lovely and there's lots of room at Reception to wait after checkout. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
