ホテルは実際、時代遅れになりつつあり、内装は色褪せ、硬い素材は剥がれ落ち、退屈な雰囲気です。窓に糞をする鳥や不快な景観をなくす対策を講じるべきです。外観は明らかに建物全体にひび割れが見られます。フロントのファイアズはチェックイン時に、お客様を迎える際にどう笑顔で対応すればいいのか分かりません。ラグジュアリーコレクションホテルだとおっしゃっていますが、改善の余地があります。さもないと競合他社に取って代わられてしまいます。

we have been staying in this hotel for a number of years when each time we visit Chenna. The best thing in this hotel is their Breakfast spread. A really wide variety of food and delicious in taste. The rooms are very clean. The location is excellent as it is very near to all the Shops in T-Nagar.

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. They made our short trip to Chennai a memorable one and we look forward to coming again very soon!  Kudos to everyone at Taj Connemara for ensuring my family and I have a great time at your hotel.  Regards,  Linges

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.
