ゲゲストオーシャンビューのビーチは海藻が多くて少し臭いが気になりましたが、それ以外のサービスはとても良かったです。
ただ、午前11時から12時の間は食事の提供が中断されていたため、当日ランチを食べてから帰るつもりだったのですが、結局何も食べずにホテルを後にすることになりました。また、少しでもチェックアウトが遅れると追加料金がかかるとのことで、この点は残念に感じました。当日チェックアウトするゲストにとっては、非常に不親切な対応だと感じました。

何よりも海に近いので最高です
しかし、施設はツールルームの方が良いです
1階ベッドを利用したが、頭が2階ベッドに触れるほど狭い
女職員に2階の人がいびきって一晩眠りを間違えると明らかにしたが、私が基本的な言語しかできずに聞いていないと隣の職員に胸春。私は英語スペイン。 2つに渡す怒っているが。戦うのが嫌だ。強力なネットワークが良い

여여행♡인생♡자연친화적인 곳이에요. 자전거를 타고 호텔을 구경하며 코아티, 도마뱀, 이구아나까지 여러 동물도 만날 수 있었어요. 바로 앞 바닷가도 멋지고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 식당도 많아서 호텔에 있는 동안 행복했습니다.

The resort also was way overpriced for the average food and service.

Only crit: the provided shuttle runs only until 10 pm; when arriving late you’ll have bad luck and will be a victim of the CUN Taxi maf-ia (means you’ll pay about 40/50 USD). This would made other more expensive options even closer to the airport more attractive (as no Taxi required).

ゲゲストHideaway Royalton Riviera Maya was a nice weekend getaway for me and my brother but also a reunion with friends. I know the hotel is closing for renovations and hopefully it can get the well needed repairs/upgrades. For me, it was better than I expected but still lack a lot and the price should've reflected what service would be given. Definitely understaffed and affected many things like a domino. The food needs to be better especially the buffet. The only food that was consistently delicious was the fish!!! The Zen restaurant delicious but a sauna so couldn't finish our food. The building itself needs repair as I cut my finger in the pool from lose tiles. We had a leak for the light in our room, but thankfully maintenance fixed it right away. The water activities could've been much better. Too many physical challenges not enough fun challenges.

MMejiaPabloMucho lujo, muy padre, no tiene estacionamiento, dejas tu auto en la calle, los platos no estaban bien lavados, el uso de velero es gratis, pero te cobran 200 pesos por impuesto ambiental y te dan un brazalete que dice que son 58 pesos por este impuesto y no les dan brazaletes a todos, alguien hace negocio ahí, luego los rios dicen en los anuncios que se ceierran a las 7, pero el personal te saca a las 6, y la atracción principal del parque acuático no sirve, aún así volvería, la comida en el restaurante brasileño es muy bueno, mejor que en el oriental que es el único que hay que reservar.
