ゲゲストHotel room was great, very clean and exceeded my expectations. There were robes hanging and the sheets were nice and crisp. Bed was firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was meh. It was deep fried breaded fish and cold rice, the bread was not refilled and the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. The location would have been nice as it is close to the airport, but if you are coming from MacArthur park, you will have to drive pretty far to make a legal u-turn, and to make matters worst, there is no parking at the hotel. They had 4 slots, 1 was occupied by their shuttle and the rest by cars that probably was there for quite a while judging by the dust gathering on the windshields.

RRon SadzakThis is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

ゲゲスト基本的な設備が充実したクリーンルーム。コンドミニアムタイプなので、シングルまたはツインルームのみを予約した場合はリビングエリアとキッチンを共有しますが、プライバシーは確保されます。高速Wi-Fiが備わっています。唯一の問題は、私の部屋に蚊が多すぎて、引き出しやテレビ、シャワーの中に隠れていることです。ダウンタウンからも少し離れていますが、ホテルの近くにメトロショッピングモールやファストフードがあるので、私にとっては問題ありません。

ゲゲスト古いけれど手入れの行き届いた静かな場所が気に入りました。サービスは良く、ホテル内のレストランも良かったです。スタンダードルームのアメニティにはもっと期待していました。以前利用した最も安いホテルでも、毎日の水などの基本的なものは提供されていました。スタンダードルームの料金を考えると、もっと期待していました。部屋には砂糖アリがいて、どうやら私のドーナツに引き寄せられたようです。前回の訪問は特に何も起こらず、前回の訪問はまあまあでした。

ゲゲストNice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again.

ゲゲスト2泊予約しました。場所は美しく、スタッフは丁寧でプロフェッショナルです。 Wi-Fiがあると書かれているのでホテルを予約しました。到着すると部屋にWiFiがありますが、信号がなく、データ信号もありません。唯一のwifi接続はレストランにあり、これも非常に弱いです。 2泊目のキャンセルと払い戻しをリクエストしましたが、プロパティはリクエストを拒否しました。アメニティに記載されていないと大丈夫でした。wifiがない場合は、リストを更新して、旅行の手配を中断したり、お金を失うことはありません。彼らは私の要求を拒否したので、私はまだこのホテルに支払っている間別のホテルを予約しなければなりませんでした。

II AM CSGタクロバンのダウンタウンの中心部に位置するこのホテルは見つけやすく、賑やかな地元の企業、レストラン、デパートに囲まれています。私の家族は、最高のロケーションだけでなく、清潔さと素晴らしい顧客サービスも理由に、何年もタクロバン プラザ ホテルを予約しています。スタッフはいつも丁寧で、チェックインとチェックアウトも簡単です。以前のレビューでも述べたように、ここは我が家のようにくつろげる、私たちのお気に入りのホテルです。

MMayangThe room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

ゲゲストフレンドリーで親切なスタッフに加え、部屋自体もとても快適でした。バスルームとコンフォートルームもきれいに手入れされていました。
ベッドも広々として、ぐっすり眠れました😊 朝食メニューも美味しかったです。
