非常に効率的でフレンドリーなスタッフに感謝します。素晴らしい滞在でした! 食事も最高でした!

Room was okay, as usual. I’ve usually been staying at new dawn plus whenever I visit Ca***an. I was not that satisfied though as that day the hotel was fully booked and the room I booked was unavailable. Ff while I was talking with the support from Trip for about 10-15 mins, the receptionist from the hotel informed me that a bigger room was available so I grabbed it. Had to pay a little extra and fortunately Trip assisted me with this for the inconvenience

good accommodation, near markets. safe and the staff are all accommodating.

I really enjoy my stay in the place. It so neat and clean and i love to come back.

ホテルは清潔で快適で、手入れが行き届いていました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、いつでもどんなリクエストにも応えてくれます。部屋は広としていて、提供される設備は快適な滞在に十分でした。場所も便利で、近くのエリアに簡単にアクセスできました。全体的に、私は良い経験をし、このホテルを他の人に勧めます。

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔

部屋は本当に良かったし、サービスも良く、食事も美味しく、場所も分かりやすく、滞在を楽しめました。

The most impressive part of my stay, was my hostess ”Shine”. She truly took great care of my needs. Libations and food in the absence of the chef. I am impressed with her attentiveness of her guests needs! Whatever she is paid, she deserves MORE!!!

施設は清潔で、24時間体制の警備員が常駐しています。ダウンタウンの中心に位置し、モールやセブンイレブンへのアクセスも良好です。ランチとディナーは提供されていませんでしたが、朝食は無料でした。ダイニングエリアではお湯とぬるま湯が無料で提供されています。提供されるサービスとアメニティを考えると、価格は妥当だと思います。
