The location is good, it's near the highway also the room is good. Maybe I'm little disappointed about the breakfast because I told the receptionist to deliver it in our room but they did not deliver nor let me know that the food is ready. I waited in our room for about an hour.

Hotel in the city center Not far from the port, there's a shopping mall right next to it. Staying in a single room is quite spacious. Advantages: 1. Affordable costs 2. There is hot water. 3. There is an elevator. Drawbacks: 1. The desk lamp in the room is broken. 2. The showerhead is fixed. 3. Shared transportation to the airport is not provided.

hotel's excellent location and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, then detail the cleanliness and comfort of the room, mentioning specific amenities like the view or toiletrie

Can be much better if they care about the small things like broken parts , better guest kit , towels , smell of the rooms , utensils for the kitchen , but I'm general for the price u paid , is ok

It was okay. Location is perfect for uptown since it's very near SM. However the CR doesn't have a bidet, or basic essentials such as soap at least. There's no bathroom rug for wet feet, and most light-switches were broken. It's good for maybe a night but besides that it's actually pretty decent.

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.
