AAulia BimoOverall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner.
Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest.

FFauzi NirwansyahGreat stay overall at Swissôtel Al Maqam. The location is excellent with very convenient access to Masjid al-Haram, making prayers easy at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay.
Only a small concern: although my checkout was extended until 2 PM, my key card stopped working around 1 PM and needed reactivation. Aside from that minor issue, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

ゲゲストThe hotel lies inside the clock towers which is very close to Masjid Al Haram and mall with many choices for dining and where hypermarket exists there . All you just need is to go through one elevator to ground zero to reach to Al Masjid Al Haram. The breakfast could have been much more diverse given the brand name .

ゲゲストI had a wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel Makkah. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is extremely well-organized, making check-in and daily routines smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was the cleanliness—every area of the hotel, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It really made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
A special mention goes to the breakfast crew, who were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere each morning. The service they provided truly stood out.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah. It combines excellent service, great organization, and outstanding cleanliness for a truly enjoyable stay.

PPrincessJ部屋は古く、家具は明らかに摩耗しています。バスルームに入ると、強い悪臭がします。サービスは最悪で、バスルームにはアメニティが一切なく、シャワーキャップをもらうために何度もハウスキーピングに電話しなければなりませんでした。バーコードをスキャンして私たちと通信するように言われましたが、うまくいきませんでした。バスタオルとフロアマットをもらうためにハウスキーピングに電話しなければなりませんでした。場所を除けば、このホテルは支払った料金が高いにもかかわらず、すべてにおいて不十分です。

Thank you for a female receptionist (sorry, I did not take your name), you really made my day after a long journey from my hometown to Makkah from morning to night, our room got upgraded *************. Hotel location wise, near Haram about 80m and less crowded compare to hotels in clock Tower, beside the famous ice cream and having an international sahoor buffet during Ramadan. Everything was good and staffs also friendly. A good stay and best experienced I will say. Thank you. Will book this hotel again if I come back to Makkah next time, Insha'Allah. Thumbs up!

SSalah Omra 10/2023特に時間厳守のシャトルバスのおかげで、ホテルは好立地にあります。静かな部屋は広く清潔で、アイロンとアイロン台、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレ付きのバスルーム、設備の整っていないキッチンエリアが備わっています。規模も大きく、レセプションのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。無制限のビュッフェが楽しめるレストランが 3 つあり、一番いいのは Khaliji です。ディナーは最高ではないので、朝食をお勧めします。ランチは試していないので評価させていただきます。レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、顧客に対して本当に親切です。 Cirage Moubarek、sied Karim、Ali el Harbi、Jalil Haussein、Mohamed Wassim、そして特に Majed Soultan に感謝します。一方、マネージャーやディレクターはフレンドリーではなく、5 つ星ホテルのおもてなしのルールを見直す必要があります。
1階には小さな市場があり、その価格は外の価格と同じです。
このホテルには良い思い出があり、今後の滞在の際には迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。
5 番の建物 (タワー) で 6 泊しました。参考までに、タワーの番号が大きいほど、新しいものになります。

ゲゲストThe location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers.
What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry)
She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety.
The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners.
Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.
