This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Makkah. In terms of cleanliness, bed size, room service, and the hotel lobby—everything was outstanding. The best experience I had was with housekeeping, especially Mr. Ikter Husen at Tower 2, 14th floor (my room was 1404). His service and attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The overall service, cleanliness, and attitude of all the staff are truly exceptional.

Had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Makkah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid Al-Haram. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the room was spacious with excellent housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

特に時間厳守のシャトルバスのおかげで、ホテルは好立地にあります。静かな部屋は広く清潔で、アイロンとアイロン台、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレ付きのバスルーム、設備の整っていないキッチンエリアが備わっています。規模も大きく、レセプションのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。無制限のビュッフェが楽しめるレストランが 3 つあり、一番いいのは Khaliji です。ディナーは最高ではないので、朝食をお勧めします。ランチは試していないので評価させていただきます。レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、顧客に対して本当に親切です。 Cirage Moubarek、sied Karim、Ali el Harbi、Jalil Haussein、Mohamed Wassim、そして特に Majed Soultan に感謝します。一方、マネージャーやディレクターはフレンドリーではなく、5 つ星ホテルのおもてなしのルールを見直す必要があります。 1階には小さな市場があり、その価格は外の価格と同じです。 このホテルには良い思い出があり、今後の滞在の際には迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 5 番の建物 (タワー) で 6 泊しました。参考までに、タワーの番号が大きいほど、新しいものになります。

私たちにとって大きな問題が 2 つあることを除けば、すべてが素晴らしかったです。1 つはエレベーターの待ち時間で、上から下まで、またはその逆に移動するのに 10 ～ 15 分かかることがあり、エアコンのない混雑したエレベーターでは息苦しくなることもあります。 2 つ目の問題は WiFi ですが、非常に不安定で遅いです。支払った料金を考えると、もっと良いものを期待していました。 それ以外は、部屋、場所、設備、そしてとても親切なスタッフにとても満足しました。

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Excellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.
