The location of the hotel was very good, especially for anyone visiting the Haram. It is located a few buildings after Le Meridien Makkah, and the walk to the Haram area was around five minutes. For those going towards the Mataf area, the walk was approximately 12 minutes. Overall, the location was one of the strongest points of the stay. The room itself was generally fine for a solo traveler. I had booked a single-bed room, and for a one-night stay it served the purpose. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the hotel did not show any bathroom pictures on the website. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the shower area was extremely small. The shower was right beside the commode, and part of the shower area was practically overlapping with the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue was that the telephone in the room was not working. Because of this, whenever I needed anything from reception, I had to go all the way down personally to ask. Also, towels were not provided in the room initially, so I had to go to reception and request them. Overall, for a single-night stay, I would say it was worth it mainly because of the excellent location and easy access to the Haram. However, the bathroom setup was disappointing, and the lack of basic room readiness, such as towels and a working telephone, could definitely be improved.

The rooms are very small, and there are only two elevators, which are not enough for all the hotel guests. The elevators are also very small and barely have enough space for two people with luggage. The floors and hallways were very dirty and not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel for families, elderly people, or guests traveling with children. It is also not very convenient for walking to the Kaaba, especially for elderly people or families with children.

The room was comfortable and the amenities were quite complete. There is no free shuttle bus to the Haram. The hotel next door provides a shuttle bus to the Haram. To get to the Haram, take bus number 4 from the stop near the hotel or take a taxi for 40 SAR.

The hotel boasts a convenient location and helpful staff. The courtyard in front of the hotel was a useful amenity. However, golf cart transport service to assist pilgrims uphill could be improved.

The staff at this hotel Faris and Noura were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I also appreciated the location which is Azizia on the edge of the main road, to go to the haram mosque is very easy there is a bus at the entrance of the hotel which is free it takes you directly to the haram mosque, and another bus which is Makkah bus which costs you 4 SAR for each, for taxis it varies between 5 -10 - 15 SAR I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this hotel and the staff Faris and Noura
