Great view from the hotel, good breakfast, furniture a bit worn but everything else is fine for a short stay.

everything is good. spacious for 4 ppl. walkable to station. breakfast is included.

Not too far from Brig station, 13 min. Close to schloss park perfect view, nice room, old style. Overall r good.

We got there at 9.30 p.m. while it was raining and the self check-in didn't work! Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good..

The hotel was amazing.

last min stay at this self check in hotel was great, we missed our last train back to lauterbrunnen and this was near the train station. simple and comfy. had everything necessary even including a hearty breakfast. easy to contact the front desk even after weee hours for assistance. food hot shower bed and room was spacious and great.

大家一定要來住！酒店老闆太熱心了！一開始自助辦理入住機器的城市税顯示錯了；老闆免了我們的城市税並送我們一瓶當地的白葡萄酒！ 後來退房手機丟了；老闆第一時間幫我們保管好手機；但是有一點，辦理入住是自助的；所以要提前跟攜程客服要預約單號；不然進不去酒店；

価格をお抑えるために受付には人がいない。1階の売店の人が受付も兼ねている。 設備は簡易であったが、滞在するだけなので十分だった。室内は清潔だった。

非常に古く、改装されていない建物。部屋の中ではすべてが聞こえます。朝6時に騒音がひどいので起きなければなりません。

残念ながら、私の部屋は非常に悪いので、これ以上販売すべきではありません。他の部屋もどうやら良かったようです。ホテルの部屋はとても騒がしくて、隣人の声もとてもうるさかったです。窓は壊れていて完全に閉めることも開けることもできませんでした。バスルームは非常に狭く、ドアに触れないとトイレに行くことができませんでした。 このエリアはとても素敵で、ホテルのオーナーはとてもフレンドリーでした。

Property picture on web doesn't reflect the actual property. Self check in kiosk failed and wanted to charge an extra room rate even though I already prepaid thru *******. the Kiosk failed to generate a working room key. I was only able to get in because other guests were there. Felt unsafe because spare keys were present in the common area of the breakfast nook. My assigned room was wide open and unlocked which made us felt very uneasy and unsafe. We had to request another room because we weren't sure if someone had accessed to the room that was given to us. Huge red flags.
