Location is very quite , rooms are decent with the price breakfast is good staff is friendly and accommodating if need be housekeepers are very helpful I would stay again

The motel is kind of run down. The hot tub was not in service while we were there. Many of the windows had issues with condensation between the panes of glass. The breakfast was not well stocked. It was disappointing as we were hungry.

Everything was good I like it comforttable

took a hour ad half to get into our rooms, they gave away the jacuzzi suite I paid for and put me in a dirty room. I had 12 basketball kids with me we had no towels the whole weekend. no pool bad service all bad!!!1

It reeked of pot, in the room and outside. There was hair everywhere in the room. The sheet was on top of the blanket. There was standing water in the tub. The carpet that was glued to the wall at the floor had come off. Pool was closed. Only one towel set in the room at check in, called for more and was told they were being washed and then he hung up on me.

We checked in at 4pm and right off the bat was given a room that wasn't even clean. Went down to the desk and got assigned a new one. Upon entering that room the sheets were still dirty. Got another room given to us and this one appeared to be clean but we only had 1 towel. 1 towel for 6 of us staying there. (4 small children). Went down to the counter in the morning and she told me they didnt have any clean towels. I proceeded to ask how we were suppose to shower 6 people without any towels. So she go in their back room and brings me out a set a towels. THAT WERENT CLEAN. She then tried to tell me they were just stained, which they were not. You could see the food specks on it. So she goes in the back and bring me out 3 pool towels. At this point there was no way in hell i was going to use these tows on me or my family. I asked for a refund on my room and I way he'd her write it down. Said she'd have to give it to the manager, which highly doubt she will. Absolutely the WORST customer service and the ABSOLUTE WORSE hotel I have ever stayed.

Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Booked a night to attend a funeral since the hotel was close to the funeral home. Got there a little early and did a pre check in since the rooms were not ready yet. Came back later to get the card key and put our stuff away but didn’t inspect room since we were in a rush to get to the funeral. Arrived back at 9pm and the room was dirty with crumbs on the carpet. There were hair still on the sheets. The fitted sheet was flipped inside out like they didn’t even change it. We had no towels in the room. Went downstairs to get some towels and the front desk gave me bunch of hand towels. Told him I needed bath towels. He came back with one towel. Told him we have four guests, are we supposed to share one towel? He said they are still in the wash. It’s 9PM at night and they are still washing towels. Unacceptable. Luckily two guests were small enough to use the hand towels to dry them off. Also, breakfast was not ready at 6:30AM and the pool was closed because they didn’t have the chemicals to keep the pool going. Better off staying at Motel 6 or Super 8 motel.
