El personal super agradable, el entorno perfecto y el propio resort, precioso. Un par de pegas son que la música de la piscina se escucha en todo el resort y rompe la tranquilidad. También que las habitaciones son excesivamente sobrias.

なんて素晴らしい隠れた名所でしょう。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、何でも快く引き受けてくれます。4泊の予約をしていたのですが、直前の仕事の都合で1日早く出発しなければならなくなったのですが、ためらうことなく1泊分の返金を申し出てくれました。他のホテルでは聞いたことのないことです。ホテルに直接予約することを常にお勧めします。本当に素敵なホテルで、清潔でスマート、そして高い水準に保たれています。このホテルを4つ星にするために多大な努力が払われており、彼らはその努力を認められるに値します。私の目には簡単に4つ星です。提供される食事は実に素晴らしいです。誰も空腹のまま帰ることはありません。場所は離れていますが、島の他の地域の忙しいナイトライフから離れるのに最適な場所です。この場所を最大限に活用するにはレンタカーが必要です。全体として素晴らしいホテルです。強くお勧めします

8月末から9月初旬まで短い休憩のためにカップルで旅行しました。トゥイオールインクルーシブで予約。ガーデンダブルルームを予約し、J 12を割り当てました。これは完璧で素晴らしいロケーションでした。食べ物はとてもよかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした 私たちの部屋から道を渡って地元の店が見えました。唯一のマイナス点は次のとおりです。 ホテルは何からもかなり離れた場所にあります。スタッフはバスを推奨しておらず、ピークシーズンには短いタクシー旅行が行き当たりばったりだと言います。だから私たちは車を借りたかったのです。彼らは、適度な料金が適用されたホテルのシャトルバスで行うことができます.コーチの移動時間は非常に長かった。途中で夜遅くに1.5時間。私たちは最後でした。客室では、オールインクルーシブにもかかわらず、ミニバーは有料です。無料のボトル入り飲料水でさえありません。ホテルは無料のドリンクを提供することをお勧めしません。私たちの部屋は大人用プールのすぐ隣にありましたが、ここでも飲み物は提供されず、小さなキオスクが必要です。ホテルは素敵だったのでまた泊まりますが、レンタカーなしではありません。

Not long got back from a 3 night stay, and what an lovely holiday it was! Such an beautiful resort. The room had everything we needed, and the housekeeping team kept it clean and fresh. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was kept clean. There is also an adult only pool. The poolside bar had a variety off drinks and snacks. There was plenty to do here to keep everyone happy. There was a beach right next door, highly recommend going to the beach. It was beautiful. The dining room had some very tasty food. We had a theme night every evening. The dining staff were friendly and quick with the service. What made this hotel even better was the entertainment. From the acrobat dancers, to the singers, and then the saxophone man. He was absolutely brilliant, didn't catch his name but he made the night!!! There was a supermarket on site, aswell as a couple restaurants. Would recommend you hire a car if you're wanting to travel from the hotel. If not there was a bus service (we just missed it as it wasn't peak season) if not the taxi service is very quick. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Fabulous hotel with great staff. We were originally put in the wrong room (beware if you are very specific as we are, we booked & paid extra for the garden terrace suite but were put in a suite with a garden view - very prison like. Room changed after 3 nights & they kindly took all our luggage so I didnt have to lug 2 heavy suitcases down 2 flights of stairs. 2nd room beautiful. Beds were really comfy & rooms lovely & cool. We were right by the adults only pool - which often gets occupied by families so not exactly adults only but lovely & peaceful all the same. The food was delicious with plenty of choice. The drinks were not expensive for a hotel & the entertainment was ok, we tended to be the last out of dinner so missed most of it. Was never busy either so guess people must go out, nothing within walking distance so cab it to Es Cana for a change of scenery. Beach was beautiful if a little hard to find 1st time of looking. Also a steep uneven walk but well worth braving. Would suggest taking food & drink as the only bar was always heaving & its a mad dash to get a seat.
