We have spent 10 days at the wanderful Can Canto de Marina. Really a great place for relax and enjoying the sea, the nature good food and good drink. The place in just perfectly located from the playas Es Trenc and Sa Rajada Very convenient located from the airport but also to explore the island. The location is on a large land and so well settled that peaceful is guaranteed. 16 rooms spaceful and rooms are available. Forniture is minimal but efficient and pleasant. The private shaded patio is perfect to relax and drink a good glass of wine. The king beds are the most confortable I've ever slept in. The housed linen are of very good quality and also swimming pool towels are provided. The common spaces are just perfectly settled. The swimming pool area is large and beautiful with very confortable and big shaded beds. There is a very large garden with fountains and little lake as well. In the agroturismo vegetables, fruits and little animals are being growth So anything from the nature you can find in the morning breakfast buffet is served in the cozy veranda. Here you can find anything you deserve: fresh fruits, cheese, ham, bred, home made marmelad, juices, and many other tasty appetizers. Eggs & omelet are freshly made. The restaurant offers dinner as well. The food, prepared by the young but very capable chef, is delicious and tasty. Many traditional dishes as well the fresher fish and meat are available on the menu but also some extra proposals of the day. Everything is served with vegetables from their cultivation. All the 5 dinners we have had offered us more that expected at a reasonable price. Last but not least the very young Team leads by Vanessa is so efficient and kind that you day always starts with a sunny smile! If you deserve natural landscape, calm, genuine food and hospitality, this is your place, a little paradise!

Great, idyllic quiet place to stay! The rooms were relaxing and comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and it’s only a 20 minute walk to the beach. Vanessa at reception was super nice, this is a great quiet place to get away to. I really liked the rural nature of the surroundings, though if you are looking to party this might not be a great place. The plants everywhere were lovely, as were the chickens and turkeys!

+ amazing location + nice staff + great pool area + excellent breakfast - the bathroom is the only thing that seems to be a little used (like a dirty toilet brush or the trash can being rusty). for around 200euro per night and room you might want it to be fresher. However, it is a wonderful place to stay. :-)

As a permanent resident of Mallorca and having lived here for 27 years I feel I have good idea of what to expect here. I would normally consider a 4 star rating here for Can Canto but there were just a few things that really disappointed me and let the establishment down. Interestingly one or two of the items have been mentioned previously in other reviews and still seem not to have been acted upon. Some of them mind you such as installing small fridges in the rooms have been as well as providing a small basket to put our shower gel into etc. I never review to be nasty or negative unless I have been given reason to but in the hope that lessons are learnt or improvements considered to ensure that the place becomes better and also in the hope that I would want to return. The staff were GREAT! The room cleaning ladies were helpful and provided us wih more soap when needed and the room was always immaculate. Elsa at front of house was helpful, attentive and professional. Jen the waitress was entertaining and efficient and Estella too was a lovely young lady. Chef from Menorca was an attentive and smiley chap BUT also clearly went to a lot of trouble over his presentation and attempts to provide good food. We DID enjoy the food including the small tasters at breakfast such as the gazpacho. We LOVED the fact that there is a garden growing herbs and fruit and vegetables. We walked around the gardens and see a productive future for it but as long as it is cared for and things like Basil are not left to "overgrow". The dining area itself is pleasant and would be nice both in winter and summer. One concern we had here was that the sun is right in your face at breakfast. There are shades that could be lowered in the outdoor area and they SHOULD be every morning. The menu was straight forward and simple. I ordered Eggs Benedict two days in a row but did not get them either day. I got one fried egg on a piece of toast on avocado instead. I am not sure if this was a misunderstanding or something but Eggs Benedict was clearly written on the menu. The third day i just asked for eggs on toast which I got. :) Breakfast was slow in coming every day and not sure if this was down to a lack of staff? Breakfast overall kinda just lacked some organisation and was a bit of an effort to get through..food remained good though as was dinner the one night we chose to eat there. GOOD wine list by the way! Our room was super and remained incredibly cool during the day even when we had been out for hours and had NOT left the air conditioning on. The a/c when use was efficient and quiet and did its job. The room was adequately laid out and I was grateful to find that small fridges have now been installed in the rooms which is ESSENTIAL. There is NO free bottle of water on arrival which interests me these days. This is not a cheap place to stay and a bottle of water per guests should be provided I feel or at the very least maybe on arrival at check in even....? The shower gel

O espaço é muito agradável, muita natureza, árvores de fruto. A Esther sempre disponível. Pequeno almoço muito bom. O espaço emprestou-nos um chapéu de sol para levarmos para a praia. Piscina grande mas silenciosa. Muitos espaços verdes.

Le faltan muchas cosas para ser un hotel de agroturismo de calidad. Las personas que están “in situ” no pueden ser más amables, pero el lugar en sí deja bastante que desear. La calidad de los materiales con los que están hechas las habitaciones son bastante malos, la decoración interior tampoco es muy bonita y los suelos son de baldosa que si patinas, descalzo y mojado, te puedes romper la crisma. Para colmo, tuve la mala suerte que, al despertar, me encontré con una cucaracha muerta en la mesilla.
