The most stunningly gorgeous hotel that oozes class, luxury and sophistication but with a modern twist! With the Alpine mountains and the train station directly outside, the location of this hotel is excellent too! The junior suite I stayed in was beautiful - think cosy dark wood accents, soft neutral textures, plush bedding and a bathroom that feels more like a high-end mini-spa, perfect to relax in after a busy day out! Worthy mentions are also the in-room iPads showcasing an assortment of room services and options available on request, an assortment of items like a branded rucksack, umbrella and towel bag to use during your stay (pretty useful!) and personal welcome cards signed by the hotel manager on the coffee table! The bar and restaurant was impeccable, with fantastic food and cocktails and snacks, whilst the breakfast buffet served everything you can think of AND MORE! However, one of the best features of this hotel is the spa, one of the best I have ever been too - imagine swimming in the bluest of indoor pools whilst looking out to the mountains outside! All the spa facilities are world class and well thought-out, with beautiful products and linens provided too. All the staff were amazing and all in all, the stay couldn’t have been better - highly recommended!

New, modern and comfortable hotel that respects its history but is fully rooted in the present with a trendy buzzy vibe. The common areas have the feeling of a living room and not a museum like many other luxury hotels in town. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent storage space, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Simon Wiel, and food and drink are well curated. Honestly the only thing missing is an outdoor heated rooftop pool (can you imagine, with that view!?), but in all reality, I was very impressed and enjoyed my time thoroughly.

Ein 2.Versuch im View - jedoch genauso schlecht, wie beim 1.Mal. Wasser und Wein wird nach der Vorspeise serviert - der Kellner ruft laut stark aus - "wer hat was bestellt" - die Preise stehen in keinem Verhältnis zu der Qualität, z.B 2 zusammengebastelte Fischstäbchen auf Kies für 18 CHF, ehrlich , die von Findus sind besser. Der Oberkellner serviert den Rotwein in der linken Hand - den Weisswein in der rechten Hand gleichzeitig etc.. An der Bar stehen 8 Leute herum - würden alle gebraucht aber nur 3 arbeiten, denn die anderen 5 müssen sich privat unterhalten.. Die neue Flasche Champagner wird ohne zu probieren einfach zu den alten Gläsern geschüttet - dem Einen mehr, dem Anderen mehr

Abbiamo cenato al Beef Bar. Servizio pessimo Tanto personale per nulla e non efficiente. Vogliono essere trendy ma non lo sono. Carne buona ma non eccellente. Addirittura un capello nel cibo cambiato con lentezza imbarazzante. Carta dei vini con prezzi fuori mercato rispetto ad altri ristoranti a St. Moritz. Musica fastidiosa a livello bar di un villaggio rendendo difficile la conversazione. Illuminazione scarsa da non poter leggere il menu e vedere bene il cibo sul piatto.
