Coming to South Africa for the first time it comforted me to stay in a familiar name hotel. We utilized the airport shuttle. A trainee accompanied our driver. There was a mix up with the number of people so there was not enough room in the car for all. So the trainee stayed at the airport (to be picked up later) while the driver took us to the hotel. So sacrificial and nice! We enjoyed the hotel decor and the relaxed atmosphere the couches offered in the restaurant. We stayed in a suite which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything.
Location excellent. Breakfast and service very good. Clean room. We stayed here one night and the only issue was room location. We backed up to the pool area and it was a bit noisy at times. Aside from that a great value with the waterfront as a neighbor.
I was recently at the one and only got the best services ever I also had a great chance to use a physical therapy which is relax and Rejuvenate The services they gave was fantastic I would recommend them to every hotel that needs a touch of physical therapy Relax and Rejuvenate you made a mark on us to book again with the one and only thank you for your services and warm welcome everything was amazing
We went as a table of 10 for sundowners and dinner. As Capetonians who have been there in the past many times we were confused as to why there was no other clientele . This soon became apparent. We ordered cocktails and wine, the wine was unavailable. Slight breeze so we asked for heater but none and I mean none were working+_35. Asked for blankets and only 2 available( no patrons other than us so where were the blankets?) As a snack we ordered French fries both dry and cold. Amongst our meal order was Med rare steaks, they arrived well done and no steak knives. Condiments never arrived. We ordered desert which again did not come to fruition and a further bottle of wine also failed to appear. For each and every faux par our waitress denied any wrong doing. What’s more our bill was a ludicrous sum of money, expected from a fine dining experience. We will never go back and strongly suggest people heed this below standard venue, not even the view makes it worthwhile
WWinnie & EricThe hotel has free shuttle to the water Front.
Breakfast coffee need extra charge with very high prices. Don’t order the coffee if necessary!!!!!
The room needs to renew
This establishment cannot be recommended. It is overpriced and, in my experience, demonstrates customer service that is far below acceptable standards, reflecting a clear lack of competent leadership. While the rooms are adequate, they are overpriced for long-term stays, and the location, while decent, is nothing exceptional. The administration's handling of my deposit refund was appallingly poor. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, it took them four months to return the deposit, during which I encountered repeated incompetence, unresponsiveness to emails, and even dishonesty. It was only after countless follow-ups and multiple in-person visits to the hotel that the issue was resolved. If you value professional and reliable customer service, I strongly advise against staying here.

MMaxim KeynoThe hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs.
The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food.
Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open.
The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems.
The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.
