存在しません。ホテルに到着すると、（事前の通知やメールなどの通知もなく）閉店していることがわかりました。ドアに貼られた紙には、詳細についてはスロベニアの番号に電話するか電子メールを送信するよう記載されています。電話すると、「代わり」として送ってもらったホテルは、マリボルの中心部から車で18分の山の中腹にあるホテルだという。私たちは一晩滞在するために市内中心部のホテルを予約しましたが、結局車で20分以上町の外に行かなければなりませんでした（車を持っていたのは良かったです）。唯一の良い点は、代わりのホテル (ホテル アリーナ) の設備がとても良かったことです。すべてがとても清潔で、とても美味しい朝食と、とてもフレンドリーなスタッフが揃っていました。しかし、予約したホテルに到着したのに、予告なく閉館してしまうのは意味がありません。

このホテルは、前回の滞在から改装されています。レセプションと朝食エリアの 1980 年代風のスタイルは気に入りましたが、現在はより「モダン」なテイストに合う安価な素材に置き換えられていますが、明らかに改善されているとは言えません。私の部屋 (広いスイート) は、カーペットやバスルームの備品が新しくなり、明らかにグレードアップしていました。大きなバスタブと非常に便利な洗面台があり、とても満足しました。素晴らしいワードローブやその他の家具は、改装後もそのまま残っていました。新しいベッドは長くて快適でしたが、シーツが小さすぎました。同様に、タオルの数は少なめでした。冷蔵庫 (空) と効果的なエアコンがありました。4 つ星ホテルなのにケトルやコーヒー マシンがないことに驚きました。朝食はすべての点で高水準でした。その他の時間帯のサービスは少し物足りなさを感じました。バーはありましたが、営業時間が限られており、夕方には温かい飲み物の提供がありませんでした。経営陣が変われば、特にピラミダの丘を登る楽しい散歩道の近くの静かで快適な立地を考えると、素晴らしいホテルになるでしょう。

This Hotel is not worth 4 stars. It is old, the rooms smell, the air conditioning is noisy and barely working, the bathroom on the 6th floor is so small that you can barely use the toilet.... We book a room for two and were given ONLY one towel. Breakfast is poor in a smelly area/restaurant and has low quality products. Having to pay even for the parking taking into account the poor quality of the hotel and service that it offers is another poor service provided. The ladies from reception are not friendly at all. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the center.

We stayed in this Hotel for 1 night at the start of our Coach Tour. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and more than adequate for our needs. We had a buffet dinner which was very nice, plenty of choice and the food was replenished when necessary. Breakfast is also buffet style with plenty of choice. The Hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and very convenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago, and since then it has gone through a renovation. Stayed here for three nights while visiting family in Maribor. The front desk staff are great - the night of my arrival, the receptionist was waiting for me! Rooms are basic but have everything that you need. Note, the shower pressure which is usually something I complain about in hotels was fantastic! Lots of power ports, etc, but the room did not have a desk if you would like to work from the room. Breakfast was awesome and had more than enough variety for most. I’m an extremely light sleeper so I found some noise did carry through the hotel, but I find that in most places. The only complaint I would have is that the cost of parking was slightly high for Maribor.
