It was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Chania!

Easy 15 minute walk to old town. Very clean, modern and comfortable room/bed/amenities. Lots of choices for a delicious breakfast enjoyed in a relaxing poolside garden patio. Attentive, informative and pleasant staff. Dina was a star! Thank you! Taso & Felecha

This is an exellent hotel. Very friendly staff and an exellent clean room. The breakfast outside in the garden is an event. We would stay there again absolutely. The walk down to the old harbour is easy and there are lots of good restaurants there with excellent food. Bart and Cheryl.

I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 if I could . Hotel staff are so lovely they make your stay very special. The breakfast is fantastic, fresh, and so generous. I had to ask for smaller portions. The rooms and gardens are spotless and have everything you could need. Parking is on the road, but in 10 days, we stayed we could park right outside the hotel each day . It is an easy stroll into the old town for the evening.

What a great find and an excellent value! Located within walking distance (15 mins) of Chania's old city. The neighborhood of the hotel has a couple of small markets and a supermarket, as well as a couple of good restaurants, within 1-3 blocks of the hotel. We had rented a car, and on-street parking was easy to find every time we went out. The rooms in the picture at the end of the pool are actually the rooms we stayed in. The beds are large and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly provides great and flexible service. Breakfast every morning was fresh and excellent and served on the patio in the picture. I will be recommending the hotel to others who go to Chania, and I look forward to going back!

f you want to experience a top holiday, this is the right place. The house is located close to the centre in a neighborhood of old villas, a 15-minute walk from the port of Chania. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly lady Judith, who showed us to our suite and immediately offered us two Aperol Spritz. Our suite was on the ground floor with an outside table. The very spacious room is designed and furnished with modern, contemporary taste. Very comfortable bed and functional furniture. Modern bathroom with everything you need. The excellent breakfast is served under two giant avocado trees by the very friendly Penny. The breakfast is rich and consists of fresh produce. Penny spoiled us throughout our stay, often offering us drinks. The pool and sunbathing area is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Everything was so good that we never wanted to leave. We will definitely return. Thank you Penny!

Beautiful hotel, very nice location and phantasmic personnel. You feel , due to location, that you are living in the town. Is near the best places to visit in Chania. The rooms are neat, comfortable and very well designed. The people are very polite and extremely friendly. From many hotels I know in Chania, Epavlis is the best.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were lovely, with super comfy beds. We loved the breakfast made to order each morning. Judith and Penny were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were so friendly and helpful. Judith recommended lots of places to visit and restaurants to eat at, which we loved. She also booked a hire car and taxi for us. The pool and loungers were so relaxing. The location was good, just down the road from a supermarket. 15 minute walk to the old town/harbour and 15 minute walk to the bus station. 15 minute drive to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at.

The fact that I am writing about how wonderful this hotel is on only our second day says it all! Such a beautiful place with attention to detail and quality fittings. That said the highlight for me has to be the fabulous members of the team who we’ve met so far, Penny and Judith. Both so friendly and kind without being at all intrusive. This is a much needed calm in what is currently a very difficult time and this place has lifted my heart. I’ll update my review once our trip is at an end. Thank you, Nicola
